07. febrero. 2017.- El portavoz adjunto del Grupo Municipal Popular en el Ayuntamiento de Gandia, Vicent Gregori, ha denunciado esta mañana el “desastre” de gestión que se está llevando a cabo en el Centro Deportivo y Piscina del Grau de Gandia.
En junio de 2016, los populares ya denunciamos la mala gestión que hizo el Gobierno de Gandia al mentir a los usuarios del centro ante la aparición de Legionella en la piscina, lo que llevó a cerrar el centro durante casi 4 meses.
Desde mediados de septiembre, cuando se volvió a abrir el centro deportivo del Grau, desde el Partido Popular hemos denunciado que podía existir un fraccionamiento de contratos al ceder el Gobierno de PSOE y Més Gandia a 3 empresas diferentes la gestión de diversos servicios dentro del mismo centro. En concreto se realizaron dos contratos menores, adjudicaciones directas a dos empresas: una para llevar la gestión de la piscina y la otra para la limpieza del centro. Además se realizó un negociado sin publicidad, para adjudicar a otra empresa la gestión de las actividades deportivas, el mantenimiento y la recepción y atención al público.
Estos contratos, que finalizaron en diciembre de 2016, dejaron sin sustento administrativo y legal la gestión del centro deportivo del Grau de Gandia, cosa que también volvimos a denunciar desde el Partido Popular. Además muchos usuarios del centro han presentado por registro de entrada al ayuntamiento numerosas quejas por la mala gestión y prestación del servicio recibida.
Gregori ha dado a conocer que desde el 13 de enero de 2017, otras 4 empresas diferentes a las anteriores que finalizaron en diciembre del pasado año, están gestionando el centro deportivo durante dos meses y mediante contratos menores (adjudicación directa). En este caso una empresa gestionará el servicio de socorrismo de la piscina con un contrato menor por valor de 11.192,50 €; otra empresa llevará la gestión de las actividades deportivas, también mediante contrato menor y por un importe de 21.766,21 €; una tercera empresa prestará el servicio de mantenimiento por un montante de 18.395,99 € y también adjudicado mediante contrato menor; y, por último, una última empresa gestionará la recepción y atención al público del centro deportivo del Grau con un coste de 10.744,80 €, adjudicada también por contrato menor.
Para el portavoz adjunto del PP “esto es una demostración más de la nefasta gestión que el gobierno de Gandia está haciendo del centro deportivo del Grau”. Además Gregori ha preguntado que “si las anteriores empresas han estado gestionando el centro hasta finales de diciembre de 2016 y los contratos menores con las 4 empresas actuales son a partir del 13 de enero de 2017, esos 13 días que se ha continuado prestando el servicio, qué sustento legal y administrativo ha tenido”.
Vicent Gregori ha recordado que “este Gobierno de PSOE y Més Gandia abusa de los contratos a dedo para la gestión de los servicios y en el caso del centro deportivo y piscina del Grau ya han pasado 7 empresas diferentes en tan solo 5 meses”.
