Los populares de Gandia todavía no han asumido su responsabilidad, ni han dado explicaciones a la ciudadanía sobre las causas judiciales que les acechan
Gandia, 21 de febrero de 2017. Desde el Grupo Municipal Socialista consideramos que no es casual que precisamente hoy haya comparecido en rueda de prensa el PP de Gandia para “descartar” una moción de censura en el consistorio gandiense, tras conocerse el auto de la Audiencia Provincial de Valencia en el que se estima el recurso interpuesto por el Ayuntamiento de Gandia y el Ministerio Fiscal y se rechaza el sobreseimiento de la causa del denominado Caso Tele 7.
Cabe recordar que el PP todavía no ha dado explicaciones sobre las numerosas causas judiciales que tiene abiertas. Por ello el portavoz socialista, José Manuel Prieto, ha lanzado los siguientes interrogantes: “¿Cómo querrá alguien gobernar con ellos después de todo el que se está sabiendo? ¿Quien querría estar a su lado con todas las sospechas de dónde fueron a parar millones de euros del dinero público?”, se ha preguntado Prieto, quien ha apuntado que “cuando todo esto pasa es normal que nadie quiera estar con ellos”.
Según ha señalado el portavoz socialista, en estos momentos el PP de Gandia tiene dos problemas graves: “El primero de ellos es que el PP no ha asumido la responsabilidad de sus actos ni ha dado las explicaciones pertinentes a la ciudadanía y el segundo problema es de credibilidad, puesto que es imposible saber a ciencia cierta si el PP está dirigido por Torró desde las redes sociales o es el señor Soler quien manda, escondido desde hace tres meses para no dar explicaciones sobre su presunta relación con la trama Púnica”.
Por todo ello, los socialistas le pedimos al PP, una vez más, que trabaje por Gandia y deje de seguir los dictados de un exalcalde plurimputado que, ahora, amenaza con volverse a presentar a las elecciones encabezando un partido dividido donde Víctor Soler tiene cada vez menos apoyos
