10, Marzo, 2017.- Se cierra una etapa y se abre otra. El hasta hoy presidente de Nuevas Generaciones del Partido Popular de Gandia, Alberto Moratal, ha comparecido esta mañana en rueda de prensa para anunciar su despedida al frente de la organización juvenil.
Moratal ha calificado de “emotiva” esta comparecencia, tras cinco años como presidente de Nuevas Generaciones del Partido Popular de Gandia, asegurando que ha sido “un sueño hecho realidad”, marchándose “satisfecho” por el trabajo realizado y por todas las personas que ha conocido en todos estos años y que “se han convertido en amigos”.
El presidente saliente ha querido en un primer lugar, dar las gracias a los tres secretarios generales que han pasado durante su etapa liderando la organización juvenil: Maxi Doncel, Dani Terrades y David Ronda. Pero no ha querido olvidar tampoco a quienes confiaron en él y lo auparon para llegar a la presidencia: el ex presidente del PP de Gandia y ex alcalde, Arturo Torró, y el actual presidente Víctor Soler, que también fue presidente de la organización juvenil y del cual ha afirmado ser “un amigo incondicional”.
En su comparecencia, Moratal ha hecho un breve balance de su gestión aportando algunos datos. Así pues, recogió Nuevas Generaciones del Partido Popular de Gandia con 170 afiliados, y durante estos años se ha incrementado hasta llegar a los cerca de 220, lo que pone de manifiesto una vez más que “somos el colectivo juvenil líder en Gandia y la comarca”.
Asimismo, Moratal ha señalado que ha sido una “etapa dulce”, donde el Partido Popular ha gobernado la ciudad durante 4 años y logrando 12 concejales en las pasadas elecciones municipales, pese al tsunami que sufrió las siglas PP en todo el territorio nacional. Y aunque, como ha señalado Moratal, no se logró de nuevo la alcaldía de Gandia, “esta organización hizo los deberes y se mantuvo con la cabeza alta, trabajando sin descanso por los jóvenes de la ciudad”.
Por último, el presidente saliente ha querido presentar a Salva Climent, su sucesor al frente de la organización juvenil. Moratal ha querido desearle suerte a Climent, destacando que “es la persona idónea, dejo el colectivo juvenil en muy buenas manos”. “Será un gran presidente”, ha apostillado.
Por su parte, Salva Climent ha tomado la palabra como presidente entrante agradeciendo la labor y todo el trabajo realizado por su predecesor y su secretario general, destacando que “dejan un balance más que satisfactorio”, siendo “referentes” a nivel local, regional y nacional.
Climent ha querido aprovechar su comparecencia para anunciar a las personas que le acompañaran en su etapa al frente de la presidencia de Nuevas Generaciones del Partido Popular de Gandia: Alba Frasquet, como secretaria general; y Javier Ruiz como vicesecretario general.
El nuevo presidente de la organización juvenil ha querido lanzar un mensaje de ilusión y de compromiso, “se trata de un nuevo proyecto en el que vamos a trabajar sin descanso para que los jóvenes vuelvan a confiar y sigan confiando en el Partido Popular”, ofreciendo “lo mejor de nosotros, estando en la calle y atendiendo sus reivindicaciones”.
En este sentido, Climent ha destacado que el objetivo de estos años no tiene que ser otro que “soñar de nuevo por una alcaldía del PP y que los jóvenes seamos el motor para que Víctor Soler sea el alcalde de Gandia”. “Por nuestra parte, no faltarán las ganas, el trabajo y la ilusión para lograrlo”, ha sentenciado.
Para finalizar, la nueva secretaria general, Alba Frasquet, que ha acompañado a Salva Climent en su comparecencia de esta mañana, ha querido agradecer también el trabajo y la dedicación de Alberto Moratal y su predecesor en el cargo, David Ronda.
Frasquet ha destacado que estos dos años que quedan de cara a las próximas elecciones municipales van a ser “muy intensos”, donde “vamos a llamar a la puerta de todos los jóvenes para que vuelvan a depositar su confianza en el Partido Popular, escuchándoles y trabajando para lograr aquello que reivindican y demandan”.
