A més, Ibiza ha recordat que hi ha un telèfon d’assistència directa en la pàgina web d’Oliva (oliva.es) per atendre queixes i suggeriments dels ciutadans afectats.
Des que es va començar la campanya s’han atés 28 queixes que s’han resolt amb una atenció personalitzada per l’empresa adjudicatària del contracte.
