El Partido Popular de Gandia, ha solicitado hoy mismo por registro de entrada la convocatoria extraordinaria de la Junta de Portavoces, con un único punto del día: “Actos de celebración del día 9 de octubre”
Para el Portavoz del Grupo Municipal Víctor Soler, es incomprensible, que la Alcaldesa Diana Morant no haya convocado aún la Junta de Portavoces, donde están representados todos los grupos políticos que conforman el Ayuntamiento de Gandia, para informar y acordar cuales son los actos oficiales que con motivo de la conmemoración del día de todos los valencianos, tendrán lugar en nuestra ciudad.
En estos momentos de profunda crispación social con el tema del independentismo catalán, con los tristes incidentes y altercados que durante todos el día de ayer tuvieron lugar en distintas ciudades de Cataluña, nos preocupa y mucho que va a pasar en Gandia.
En palabras de nuestro Portavoz Víctor Soler: “ Nos preocupa que decisiones pueda tomar la Alcaldesa Diana Morant , ya que está totalmente condicionada por sus socios de Gobierno, y últimamente en nuestra ciudad, están proliferando los “ guiños” al independentismo catalán, con lazos amarillos en el Casal Jaume I, Exposición de Toni Miró en la Casa de la Marquesa, y distintos miembros de su gobierno exhibiendo lazos en actos públicos.
Por todo ello, exigimos a la Alcaldesa, que convoque la Junta de Portavoces para tratar este asunto cuanto antes, y sepamos cual va a ser la programación del Ayuntamiento, en referencia a los actos del día 9 de octubre y por supuesto, las posturas de los distintos partidos que conforman el arco municipal al respecto.
