Nacidos a la sombra de los CDR, los nuevos Grups Autònoms d’Accions Ràpides llaman a boicotear transportes, el sector energético y las comunicaciones el día del Consejo de Ministros en Barcelona
A las movilizaciones que preparan las entidades independentistas (ANC y Òmnium Cultural) y los Comitès de Defensa de la República (CDR), hay que sumar ahora las que están promoviendo los autodenominados GAAR. Pero, ¿qué son los GAAR?
Los GAAR, Grups Autònoms d’Accions Ràpides, son nuevos grupos nacidos a la sombra de los CDR hace tres meses, según explica la Agència Catalana de Notícies (ACN). Se comunican a través de un canal de Telegram desde el pasado 5 de diciembre, un día antes del Día de la Constitución. En este canal dan instrucciones sobre cómo configurar un grupo, que puede estar formado por una sola personas, y están organizando las acciones previstas para el próximo 21 de diciembre para protestar contra la celebración del Consejo de Ministros en Barcelona.
Entre las movilizaciones propuestas están acciones contra la policía y boicots a los transportes, el sector energético y las comunicaciones. Y aseguran que actuarán siempre desde la «no violencia».
Según explican los GAAR, cada grupo está formado por gente que se conoce, de una misma población. La organización está pensada para no recibir órdenes de nadie, de manera que si un grupo cae, los otros pueden seguir actuando. Apuntan que las acciones empezarán el 21 de diciembre y acabarán «el día que la república catalana sea proclamada».
Acciones «complementarias»
Las acciones que se plantean son cortas y con el objetivo esencial de paralizar los grandes ejes de comunicación de Catalunya con el resto de España y Francia, incluyendo carreteras y vías de tren, metro y tranvía. También proponen actuar en zonas industriales y contra las comunicaciones con cableado.
«Las acciones de los GAAR son complementarias con las del resto de colectivos que luchan y defienden la república. Nuestras acciones no son violentas y en ningún caso hay intención de actuar contra la integridad física de nadie», subrayan.
Sugieren acciones con material de fácil colocación y transporte, cerca de la población donde se haya configurado cada GAAR. También piden que se evite la utilización de vehículos matriculados, así como estudiar el lugar concreto donde se puede quiera llevar a cabo una acción y comprobar los accesos y si tiene cámaras de vigilancia.
También recomiendan utilizar materiales fáciles de manipular y crear «cortinas de humo» en otros lugares para despistar, así como dejar el móvil encendido y llevar escrito en un papel o en el cuerpo el número de asistencia jurídica en caso de ser detenido.
Igualmente, detallan planes de huida y destacan que hay que estudiar previamente por donde se puede escapar rápidamente y siempre dispersando el grupo en direcciones diferentes. (Fuente: El Periódico)
