Hoy en la Comisión de Administración del Ayuntamiento de Gandia, se ha llevado un asunto que podemos calificar de “muy grave”, se pretendía aprobar una modificación de los estatutos del “Consorci de les Comarques Centrals Valencianes”. Una reforma de estatutos que, obligatoriamente, ha de ser aprobada por todos los ayuntamientos pertenecientes al Consorcio.
Para el portavoz popular en el Ayuntamiento de Gandia, Víctor Soler, la sola idea de elevar este asunto a la comisión, se puede considerar de “osadía política”, ya que es una propuesta para dictamen, plagada de ilegalidades. Esta propuesta cuenta con hasta tres informes de ilegalidad, es decir tres informes de los garantes del Ayuntamiento de Gandia, que son la asesoría jurídica del Ayuntamiento, el Interventor municipal y la Secretaria General.
Entre las cuestiones más destacadas la letrada titular de la asesoría jurídica, ha emitido un informe desfavorable, fundamentalmente, porque se ha obviado el trámite de consulta pública, a la que se deben exponer los estatutos, en base al art. 133 de la ley 39/2015 de la PAC.
El interventor municipal, también muestra su disconformidad con la propuesta de aprobación de estos estatutos, porque, entre otras cuestiones, no se especifican las aportaciones económicas a realizar por el Ayuntamiento de Gandia, y además regula competencias impropias.
Y el más extenso, es el informe que realiza la Secretaria General del Ayuntamiento, quien emite informe desfavorable, en primer lugar porque se refiere a la Comunidad Valenciana como “País Valencià”, una denominación que ni siquiera recoge el articulado de nuestro Estatuto de Autonomía. Soler se ha referido al “sectarismo ideológico” de los gobiernos nacionalistas y de izquierdas que les impide utilizar la denominación oficial de nuestra Comunitat.”
Del mismo modo, se arrogan competencia a los municipios que por ley no les corresponden, como por ejemplo competencias en materia de ocupación, en planificación territorial supramunicipal, o la “exigencia “ de determinadas mayorías cualificadas que no se pueden cuantificar de ningún modo oficial.
En partido Popular de Gandia, a través de sus representantes en la comisión ha solicitado que el asunto en cuestión quedará sobre la mesa y no se llevara al próximo pleno municipal, hasta que todas estas ilegalidades estén resueltas.

En, otro orden de cosas, también se ha dado a conocer, en la Comisión la Plantilla de Personal del Ayuntamiento de Gandia, para el año 2019.
