Gandia 29 de març de 2019.- La regidora delegada de Polítiques Saludables, Liduvina Gil ha comparegut per informar que la Casa de la Marquesa acollirà el pròxim 4 abril a partir de les 19.30 hores, la II Taula rodona titulada «Nutrició i salut emocional. L’entrenament invisible». Gil ha estat acompanyada pels dos ponents que participaran en la jornada: Víctor Rubio, entrenador i professor, i Esteban Peiró, Màster en dietètica i nutrició.
Tal com ha informat l’edil, la iniciativa va adreçada a entitats esportives tot i que també està oberta al públic en general. «Comptarem amb dos experts en la matèria per explicar com afecta la nostra alimentació als nostres sentiments i a l’inrevés. Aquestes conductes es poden corregir mitjançant la utilització d’eines que passen per aspectes emocionals i alimentaris» va declarar Liduvina Gil.
Per la seua banda, Víctor Rubio, ha explicat que «la recerca de l’equilibri es trastoca per aspectes com l’estrés, els horaris o el pas del temps.
