Entre las mejoras se encuentran el refuerzo de la plantilla,
para lo cual la empresa concesionaria STV Gestión contará con
casi medio centenar de personas, la apuesta clara por el
medioambiente en el trabajo diario, con la consiguiente
reducción de ruido y de combustibles fósiles, y un mayor
servicio diario al ciudadano.

El próximo 1 de junio comienza el nuevo servicio de
mantenimiento de parques y jardines del municipio de Gandia.
Para conocer de primera mano de qué forma se van a organizar las
mejoras a partir de esa fecha, responsables del Ayuntamiento de
Gandia y de la empresa concesionaria STV Gestión han visitado
las nuevas instalaciones que la empresa tiene en la localidad.
El Consistorio ha destacado que lo más importante, tanto para el
Ayuntamiento como para la empresa concesionaria, es incrementar
la calidad de vida diaria de los vecinos.
La nueva contrata supone un incremento del 20% con respecto al
anterior hasta alcanzar los 2,1 millones de euros anuales
durante un periodo de cuatro años. Dicho aumento implicará una
mejora y ampliación de los servicios que se notará en los
parques y jardines de la ciudad a partir del próximo mes.
El ruido es un tema esencial a la hora de trabajar, por ello
desde la empresa concesionaria STV Gestión se ha realizado una
apuesta clara por utilizar maquinaria eléctrica (como son
desbrozadoras o sopladoras), consiguiendo de esta forma no solo
una notable reducción del ruido a la hora de desarrollar su
trabajo sino también una menor emisión de gases, una apuesta por
el medioambiente y una reducción de combustibles fósiles.
“STV Gestión es una empresa con más de 25 años de experiencia
gestionando numerosas zonas verdes en diversos puntos de la
geografía nacional, en concreto estamos posicionados en el
Levante Español, para lo cual contamos con más de 1500
trabajadores en plantilla. Nuestra metra es conseguir una
mejora de las zonas verdes y jardines de Gandía, y seguir
marcando una forma de trabajar basada en el ciudadano y la
mejora constante. En Gandía apostamos, entre otras cosas, por la
utilización de maquinaria eléctrica de la última tecnología y
respeto al medioambiente, coches basados en combustibles
sostenibles no tradicionales y un paisajismo de bajo consumo
hídrico ”, explica el gerente de la empresa STV Gestión, Juan
Alcántara.
El respeto al medioambiente es una de las señas de la empresa
concesionaria, por lo que cuando se realice la poda de arbolado,
esta se triturará para convertirla en abono y continuar
apostando por el llamado ciclo verde, lo que supone un ahorro de
costes para el consistorio y la mejora del medioambiente.
Además, se renovará la maquinaria existente para ser más
eficientes y medioambientalmente más sostenibles.
En cuanto al tema de la movilidad, un 80% de los vehículos que
se utilicen para las tareas diarias de trabajo en las zonas
verdes de Gandia usarán combustibles no tradicionales, lo que
supone un menor impacto para el medioambiente y una mejora de la
salud de los vecinos.
Asimismo, se ha reforzado el tema del empleo por lo que a partir
del 1 de junio la empresa contará con una plantilla de casi
medio centenar de profesionales que velarán por la mejora
constante de los parques y jardines de Gandía.
La mercantil aporta, además, un ’Know-How’ al servicio del
ciudadano, amplia experiencia en la gestión de zonas verdes así
como en paisajismo de bajo consumo hídrico.
