El viernes 24 de enero de 2020 una mujer ha sido detenida e identificada en València mientras protestaba “harta” por el mal servicio de tren. La usuaria se había visto ya afectada por una cancelación de un tren anterior y el que debía llegar a las 07.23 todavía no lo había hecho a las 07.48 h. La gente está harta de denunciar demoras y que nadie ponga soluciones, mientras el servicio empeora más y más.
Durante la mañana han sido cancelados sin previo aviso más de 14 trenes en el núcleo de cercanías de València y las líneas de Cercanías han perdido miles de usuarios desde que comenzó la precarización del servicio.
Este senador pide saber:
¿No le da vergüenza al Gobierno esta falta de respeto a las Cortes Generales?
¿Qué explicaciones oficiales se dieron a los usuarios y cuáles son los motivos de tan mal servicio de ferroviario en el núcleo de Cercanías de València?
¿Van a disculparse con esta afectada por la desproporcionada actuación policial y
por el mal servicio?
¿Van a investigar las causas de un servicio que se publicita con algo que no ofrece y que provoca disturbios laborales y familiares de todo tipo a miles de personas a
diario?

bien poco en corregir los problemas del transporte público colectivo?

El Gobierno responde:
Renfe da respuesta a todos los viajeros que solicitan cualquier tipo de información, aclaración, duda, sugerencia o reclamación referente al servicio comercial ofertado, y trabaja día a día para su mejora.
De hecho, el pasado viernes 14 de febrero se celebró una reunión de la Comisión de Seguimiento del Plan de Cercanías de Valencia, formada por el Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana y la Generalitat Valenciana, tras la que se anunció un Plan de Acción para recuperar los niveles de puntualidad y fiabilidad de las cercanías del núcleo de Cercanías de Valencia antes de final de año, de tal forma que sean equiparables a la media nacional.
Dicho Plan contempla, entre otras medidas, la incorporación de más maquinistas, más inversión en el taller y la devolución exprés en caso de retrasos o cancelaciones, cuando sean imputables a Renfe o Adif las causas de la demora o de cancelación. Estas medidas inmediatas van dirigidas a recuperar la normalidad y los estándares de calidad en todo el servicio de Cercanías del núcleo de Valencia.
El Plan forma parte de la política de infraestructuras del transporte del Gobierno que reorienta las prioridades hacia el mejor servicio a los usuarios, de forma que con actuaciones inmediatas se puedan obtener resultados muy positivos para los ciudadanos.
En relación al Tren 24007 Valencia Nord – Moixent que salió de la estación de origen a las 7.46 horas con 23 minutos de demora sobre su horario programado por esperar composición (unidad 464219) llegada de Gandía a las 7.39 horas con tren 24202 que circuló con 2 minutos de demora, el pasado 24 de enero de 2020. Ese día no se suprimieron los trenes anteriores con destino Xàtiva.
La evolución de la puntualidad global del período analizado ha sido de 93,33% en 2017, 91,47% en 2018 y 91,31 % en 2019, respectivamente. En 2020 y de forma excepcional, como consecuencia del temporal de lluvia “Gloria” el pasado mes de enero entre los días 19 y 23, provocó un fuerte aumento de impuntualidad por causas meteorológicas con repercusión en el aumento de averías en la infraestructura y en el material ferroviario, así como el efecto negativo causado a la rotación de las unidades y del personal. Por último se indica que, Adif está ejecutando un Plan de Cercanías en la Comunidad Valenciana con horizonte 2025 con el objetivo de mejorar la fiabilidad de la red, reduciendo el número de incidencias.
