El parque infantil de la Plaza de la Libertad del Real de Gandia ya cuenta con dos nuevos columpios inclusivos para que puedan ser disfrutados por niños y niñas con movilidad reducida, y también con silla de ruedas, al tiempo que comparten juegos con los pequeños de su edad. Los nuevos columpios inclusivos se han integrado en una ampliación del parque existente donde también se ha ampliado el suelo y se ha puesto una valla que lo rodea. El Ayuntamiento ha destinado una inversión total cercana a los 16.500 euros en esta obra.
El alcalde destacó el concepto de “inclusión” para facilitar que niños y niñas con capacidades diferentes compartan juegos con sus iguales. Esta actuación, llevada a cabo por ejecutivo local, permitirá que aquellos que tienen movilidad reducida o van en silla de ruedas puedan jugar con el resto.
Una característica que también puso en valor Lucas Abargues, concejal de Igualdad. “Estos columpios cumplen con las demandas y los objetivos propuestos, porque queremos que nuestros niños y niñas puedan jugar con sus iguales que es un derecho fundamental. Estos columpios cumplen con todos los requisitos, son inclusivos, permiten jugar a niños con movilidad reducida y se encuentran en una zona céntrica del municipio y de fácil acceso”.
En los próximos días, se podrá disfrutar de esta nueva zona recreativa y de los nuevos columpios.
