La Horra (Burgos), febrero de 2021. – Bodegas LA HORRA presenta la nueva añada de CORIMBO, la 2016, un vino elegante y de paisaje fiel a los principios de la bodega y a su innovadora visión de la Tinta del País de la Ribera del Duero Burgalesa: mantener la frescura evitando el exceso de madera y la sobremaduración y cuidar al máximo la extracción para favorecer la finura del tanino.
Voluminoso, fresco y muy largo, CORIMBO 2016 es un ejemplo de respeto al entorno y al medio ambiente centrando los esfuerzos en el cultivo del viñedo siguiendo las líneas de la viticultura ecológica y dando a cada viña la singularidad que merece. La investigación científica, el desarrollo y la innovación tecnológica (I+D+i) son claves también para colaborar en mitigar un problema global desde un ámbito de actuación local.
CORIMBO 2016 es un tinto con fondo rojo oscuro y una gran intensidad en nariz, lleno de fruta, matices minerales y hierbas aromáticas. Con una madera perfectamente ensamblada, prácticamente imperceptible, en boca es voluminoso, amplio y fresco, largo y perfecto para disfrutar ahora o guardarlo unos años, ya que está preparado para permanecer en el tiempo.

Después de una trayectoria de más de 20 años que la convirtió en una de las bodegas de más prestigio de la D.O.Ca. Rioja, Bodegas RODA inició una investigación a través del territorio español en busca de las mejores tierras para el cultivo de la variedad Tempranillo fuera de La Rioja. La región que mostró mejor aptitud según los criterios utilizados fue Ribera del Duero y, dentro de esta D.O., la zona de La Horra, en la provincia de Burgos. Este fue el lugar elegido para que, en abril de 2009, naciera Bodegas LA HORRA con CORIMBO -elaborado a partir de viñedos de más 25 años de media- y CORIMBO I -viñedos de más de 50 años-, vinos con carácter, placenteros y elegantes que se sitúan en lo más alto.
El foco de Bodegas LA HORRA está en el viñedo, el cual se cultiva con el máximo respeto por el medio ambiente, siguiendo las líneas de la viticultura ecológica.
