El Ayuntamiento de Beniflà concluyó el pasado diciembre el proyecto “Mejora, modernización y dotación de infraestructuras y servicios en el Polígono Industrial de Beniflà”. Esta actuación de 90.804,25€, subvencionada por el Institut Valencià de Competitivitat Empresarial (IVACE) en la cuantía de 79.879,27€, acometió cinco actuaciones de mejora considerable en toda la superficie.
Las actuaciones concretas que ya han mejorado la calidad de las instalaciones existentes se resumen en cuatro bloques. El de seguridad ha consistido en la instalación de dos cámaras para la lectura de matrículas conectadas mediante fibra con la central de Policía Local. El energético se basa en la implantación del sistema de telegestión para alumbrado público del polígono, adaptando el cuadro eléctrico del mismo para ello. A nivel informativo se ha creado la página web (https://poligonoindustrialbeniflà.es) y el rótulo, a modo de directorios de todas las empresas implantadas en el polígono de la localidad. Y en el bloque de diseño urbano se han ampliado las plazas de aparcamiento mediante el pintado de nuevas zonas con pintura acrílica en disolución antideslizante, se ha instalado un pipican, juegos para perros, una fuente decorativa y se ha ampliado el área de calistenia.
El alcalde del municipio, Borja Gironés, anuncia la concurrencia de Beniflà a la convocatoria del IVACE en 2022. La institución presentará el proyecto de ejecución de las dos terceras partes de zonas verdes pendientes, donde se ha planificado instalar un pump track como complemento a las barras de calistenia. El proyecto global también incluye la mejora de aceras y accesibilidad y el perfeccionamiento del asfaltado.
Gironés se muestra igualmente ilusionado por la futura asociación empresarial que está ayudando a constituir para que la relación entre el Ayuntamiento y el sector económico continúe igual de fortalecida.
“Con la bajada de impuestos en 2022 y la aplicación de incentivos fiscales para las empresas implantadas en Beniflà –explica el alcalde- hemos conseguido la menor cifra de desempleo en el municipio durante la etapa democrática y una recaudación directa considerable”. “Pero lo más relevante, según Borja Gironés, es la firme apuesta del actual equipo de gobierno por colaborar con el sector empresarial”.
El polígono industrial de Beniflà ha mejorado considerablemente en 2022 en cuanto a vigilancia, mejora urbana y eficiencia energética. Todo ello con el objetivo de facilitar las condiciones laborales de los centenares de personas que trabajan diariamente en el complejo.
