En 2-3 setmanes es comunicarà les Escoletes que obriran al mes de juliol, així com els terminis de matriculació.
.- La regidora de Polítiques Educatives, Laura Morant, ha comparegut aquest matí davant els mitjans de comunicació per informar de l’obertura dels períodes d’admissió per al curs 2017-2018 del nou alumnat per a les 7 Escoletes Infantils, així com la presentació de sol•licituds per als centres d’Infantil, Primària, ESO i Batxillerat.
Escoletes Infantils
En primer lloc, Morant ha recordat que el procés d’adjudicació de la nova gestió de les Escoletes Infantils està en marxa. Per tant, l’Ajuntament assumeix el procés de preinscripció i matrícula del curs 2017-2018.
El termini d’informació i presentació de sol•licituds per al nou alumnat serà del 25 d’abril al 5 de maig, al Departament d’Educació, situat als baixos de l’edifici municipal del carrer Tossal, 8.
L’alumnat que ja forma part de les Escoletes no han de fer cap preinscripció i només hauran de signar un document confirmant la permanència. Seran cridats cridats per telèfon durant els pròxims dies per informar-los.
Qui podrà accedir a les Escoletes? Qualsevol xiquet/a nascut entre els anys: 2015 (aules 2-3 anys), 2016 (1-2 anys) i 2017 (0-1 any), acreditant els pares la seua residència o lloc de treball a Gandia.
En quines Escoletes m’hi puc matricular? Un dels criteris de baremació té en compte les àrees d’influència dels 7 centres infantils amb 10 punts (veure plànol adjunt).

Documentació que cal presentar:
– Imprès de sol•licitud.
– Fotocòpia del Llibre de Família de tota la unitat familiar (o altres documents relatius a la filiació).
– Fotocòpia de la targeta SIP
– Fotocòpia DNI del pare i mare o tutor/a o de la targeta de residència on estiga el NIE.
Acreditació del domicili: Si acredita el domicili familiar: Fotocòpia DNI del pare i mare o tutor/a o de la targeta de residència on consta el NIE si es tracta de persones estrangeres i d’un rebut recent d’aigua o llum o telèfon o contracte de lloguer acreditant que s’ha efectuat el depòsit de fiança (model 805 o 806) a nom del sol•licitant. En el cas de discrepància entre els domicilis dels documents es podrà requerir un certificat de residència.
Altra documentació: En cas de discapacitat de l’alumne, pares o germans, certificat o targeta acreditativa de la Conselleria de Benestar Social.
Si n’és el cas, acreditació del criteri de família nombrosa: títol oficial de família nombrosa.
Si és família monoparental: títol de família monoparental expedit per la Conselleria competent en matèria de família.
L’acolliment s’acreditarà aportant la resolució administrativa, judicial o certificació de la Conselleria corresponent.
La situació de víctima de violència de gènere, terrorisme o desnonament: resolució judicial o administrativa que acredite la circumstància.
Terminis:
Les sol•licituds i documentació es presentaran al Departament d’Educació del 25 d’abril al 5 de maig.
Les llistes provisionals d’admesos podran consultar-se del 15 al 19 de maig, al Departament d’Educació, i a la web municipal www.gandia.org
Les reclamacions, si és el cas, es presentaran davant el Departament d’Educació es presentaran, del 15 al 19 de maig.
Les reclamacions es resoldran per Decret d’Alcaldia d’aprovació de les llistes definitives.
Les llistes definitives d’admesos podran consultar-se del 29 al 31 de maig, tant al Departament d’Educació com a la web municipal www.gandia.org. Els xiquets/es no admesos/es quedaran en llista d’espera per ordre de puntuació en la baremació.
L’aparició dels noms dels xiquets a les llistes definitives no comporta la confirmació de la vacant, cal formalitzar la matricula o en cas contrari es perdrà aquella.
La formalització de la matrícula serà al Departament d’Educació, des de l’1 al 15 de juny.
En finalitzar aquest termini aquells/es xiquets/es que no hagen formalitzat la matrícula perdran la plaça i passaran a la llista d’espera.
Preus: Morant ha aclarit que, tot i que el preu inicial serà de 208 €/mes, “una vegada s’atorguen els bons de la Conselleria d’Educació, aproximadament al mes d’octubre, es marcarà el preu final. Serà la Generalitat la que el determine en funció de la bonificació que es farà atenents als criteris de la renda familiar: de 0-1 anys entre un màxim de 200 i un mínim de 70 €, d’1 a 2 anys, entre un màxim de 120 i un mínim de 70 € i de 2 a 3 anys, un màxim de 140 i un mínim de 80 €. A partir d’aquest moment es retornarà o compensarà els diners, pagats anteriorment, depenent de les ajudes rebudes”.
Escoletes d’Estiu (juliol)
La regidora de Més Gandia ha assegurat que a hores d’ara s’està negociant el servei que ofereixen empreses privades i en 2.3 setmanes podrà anunciar-se quines Escoletes obriran durant el juliol, els terminis d’inscripció, etc… Està sondejant-se la demanda per part de mares i pares per poder planificar-ho.
Sol•licituds pre-matriculació Infantil i Primària
El termini per a la presentació dels sobres per als centres educatius d’Infantil i Primària corresponent al curs 2017-2018 serà del 22 al 29 de maig. Es podran presentar al centre seleccionat o al Departament d’Educació.

Morant ha volgut deixar ben clar q ue és la Conselleria, “no l’Ajuntament ni els centres, qui fa la tria de l’alumnat admès a cada centre en funció de la seua baremació. Per tant, cap escola o institut pot negar-se a acceptar la sol•licitud d’un alumne/a”.
