Gandia 21 d’abril 2017.- El coordinador general d’Economia i Hisenda, Salvador Gregori, ha comparegut hui en roda de premsa per informar que el govern de Gandia ja ha rebut el vistiplau per part del Ministeri d’Hisenda del pressupost municipal per al 2017.
Salvador Gregori ha informat que el principal problema dels comptes d’aquest any és que han estat condicionades per totes les factures pendents de pagament de la passada legislatura de les que queden per pagar prop de 9 milions d’euros del total de prop de 55 milions d’euros que va deixar el PP per pagar. «Hem hagut de trencar amb aquesta tendència i en la reunió amb el sotsdirector general de Pressupostos del Ministeri, li vam plantejar la possibilitat de destinar el superàvit del 2017 per acabar amb aquests deutes del PP no només de l’Ajuntament sinó també d’IPG, on encara queden per pagar 4 milions d’euros generats la passada legislatura. Amb aquesta mesura, pràcticament podrem liquidar el 95% dels deutes a proveïdors de l’empresa pública».
L’informe favorable del Ministeri d’Hisenda accepta la proposta realitzada pel govern municipal. L’únic suggeriment del Ministeri ha estat que s’optimitze i millore el percentatge de recaptació. «Bàsicament és un criteri de justícia recaptatòria. No pot ser que tinguem ciutadans que paguen religiosament els seus impostos mentre que altres no ho fan. Seguirem tutelats pel Ministeri però el temps dels pressupostos del malbaratament i la il•legalitat s’ha acabat» va declarar Gregori qui afegia que la previsió és que els comptes es puguen aprovar en el pròxim ple municipal del mes de maig.
