He descubierto hace poco un libro que me ha cambiado la concepción del orden, para mi sorpresa.
No daré su título, pero la gente lo habrá escuchado nombrar miles de veces en los últimos meses, y aunque parezca muchas veces que nos dejamos llevar por la presión grupal de leer, ver o escuchar lo mismo que los demás, en este caso, creo que puede darnos grandes ideas para las necesidades de cada uno de nosotros.
En mi caso, siempre he sido un poco caótica, y admito que me gustó ver que hay distintos sistemas para intentar dejar de serlo.
Si una casa está desordenada, perjudica la forma de vivir, y aunque parezca una tontería, es de vital importancia encontrar las cosas en el momento en que las necesitamos, no perder minutos de nuestro tiempo en encontrar todo tipo de cosas, así como en lo que se refiere a encontrar un hueco en nuestra casa para dejar cosas que vamos comprando, en nuestro afán inconsciente de materialismo, pero ni le damos una vuelta al hecho de cómo mejora la vida si este tipo de cosas cambian, por poco que sea.
Cuando vamos a una casa, nos fijamos hasta en el último detalle, y nos permitimos el lujo de aconsejar a la persona que nos invitó a que cambie cosas para vivir con mayor comodidad, pero después, uno llega a su hogar, y a dejarlo todo por todos lados…
Consejos tengo, que para mí no tengo, como dice el refrán.
Cuando empecé la lectura de este libro, me dio la sensación de que no tendrían soluciones para mí, que vivo en mi propio orden, y mi sorpresa fue mayúscula, y de ahí, que le dedique unas líneas a su recomendación.
También aprovecho estas líneas para recordar la importancia de una buena lectura de tanto en tanto, el bien que les puede hacer a nuestros niños que los padres encuentren el hueco de leerles, de enseñarles a amar cada libro que llega a sus manos, y que se quiten de tanta tecnología, que parece que estamos creando una sociedad deshumanizada por culpa de dejarles que usen tanto internet.
Mi sorpresa es máxima, cuando conozco a unos padres o unos niños apasionados con la lectura, pues me suelo encontrar, por el contrario, como profesional, con padres que dejan a sus hijos cara la televisión, que por algo se llama la caja tonta, y con los videojuegos, con el teléfono o pasando horas muertas metidos en redes sociales, con los peligros que conlleva a cierta edad, pero que bueno que te digan, por pocas veces que sean, que se han enamorado de un libro.
Recomendación sería que los padres se encarguen de mantenerles el amor por ellos, pero raras veces saldrá un devoto lector si mis padres miran la tablet o el ordenador cada cinco minutos, qué duda cabe…
Volviendo al tema del orden, que facilita tanto la vida, como he dicho al principio, solamente decir que también sería bueno fomentarlo en casa desde que somos muy niños, pues, como otros aprendizajes, si se hace desde los primeros años de vida, se convertirá en algo muy sencillo de conseguir, con los beneficios que se obtienen con ello.
No es demagogia, es el pensamiento de una persona que lo ha experimentado en carne propia, y que, desde mi sector profesional, sé lo que cambia la cosa cuando se vive con equilibrio en nuestra casa, y el orden se pueden enseñar en algo sencillo, incluso, como en la recogida de los juguetes cuando somos pequeños.
Un consejo final, intentar que las cosas tengan su sitio en nuestro hogar, igual que los sueños tienen su sitio en nuestra alma.
Y qué lo único que no encontremos sean las emociones negativas.
