El pasado 1 de agosto el pleno del ayuntamiento del Real de Gandia aprobó por unanimidad el
inico del expediente de modificación de las normas subsisiarias vigentes en el municipio del
Real de Gandia que afecta al cambio a uso terciario-hotelero exclusivo en parcela situada zona
de almacenes-industrial en el polígono industrial del municipio, a petición de la mercantil
ALCOP S.R.L.
Un grupo inversor italiano consolida su plan de expansión con una nueva promoción y
construcción de un Hotel de 3 estrellas ubicado en el término municipal del Real de Gandia
(Valencia), destinado a cubrir la escasez de plazas hotelera en esa zona y dirigido
principalmente al sector de negocios, si bien, cubriría en parte la elevada demanda de plazas
turísticas vacacionales, estando situado a escasos 2 Km. de la playa.
La gestión del mismo se le ha concedido a un importante grupo hotelero, que se encuentra
muy afianzado y consolidado en España.
El inicio de las obras estaría previsto para el próximo mes de Febrero de 2019, con la intención
de finalizar las mismas a mediados de 2020 y poder operar con normalidad a partir de Junio del
2020.
Con la implantación y desarrollo de este proyecto, que ha sido posible gracias al consenso
político y empresarial y sobre todo con la colaboración del Excelentísimo Ayuntamiento del Real
de Gandia, vienen a cubrir una demanda creciente de plazas hoteleras en esta zona, tanto por
parte de las empresas situadas en el Polígono de Industrial del Real de Gandia como del tejido
empresarial colindante, mejorando las infraestructuras y ofreciendo una mejora de los servicios
en esta nueva etapa económica de crecimiento, tras el paso por una década de crisis.
Para Gustavo Mascarell, alcalde del Real de Gandia «es una excelente noticia para el
municipio, ya que, cuando se implante el hotel, tendremos un polígono industrial más
moderno, generará más economía y se crearán puestos de trabajo. Por eso, quiero dar
las gracias a la mercantil ALCOP por invertir en el Real. También es una muy buena
noticia para la Safor, ya que carece de hoteles, por tanto, se mire por donde se mire,
pensamos que la noticia es fantástica».
