Dilluns començaran els treballs de les brigades per tal d’eliminar l’arbrat cremat tant en sòl públic, com en les parcel•les privades, per a evitar possibles caigudes. El departament d’Urbanisme es posarà en contacte amb els propietaris per tal que puguen acollir-se a la mesura i facilitar l’accés dels treballadors.

Gandia, 27 d’agost de 2018.- L’Alcaldessa de Gandia, Diana Morant, ha arrancat el compromís del Consell d’oferir noves ajudes als afectats de l’incendi sense limitar-se a la primera vivenda ni criteris de renda. Aquesta reivindicació veïnal l’ha posat sobre la taula Morant a la reunió extraordinària de la Comissió Inter-departamental per al seguiment i la Coordinació de la post-emergència celebrada aquesta vesprada a Gandia.
L’alcaldessa també hi ha mostrat la preocupació per l’afecció sobre els habitatges, amb l’objectiu que les famílies hi puguen tornar a les seues cases, amb normalitat, el més prompte possible. En aquest sentit, tant la Direcció General de la Vivenda, com l’Institut Valencià de l’Edificació completaran l’avaluació de les estructures dels habitatges afectats, perquè els seus propietaris puguen agilitzar els tràmits de sol•licitud d’ajudes.
Gandia també ha fet palesa la necessitat de la urgent recuperació mediambiental, tant del sòl, com de l’arbratge. De fet, ja hi ha una proposta ferma de la Conselleria en aquest sentit. Dilluns començaran els treballs de les brigades de la Generalitat per tal d’eliminar l’arbrat cremat per a evitar possibles caigudes dels mateixos sobre persones, habitatges i vials i la disminució del risc de plagues i malalties. Cal recordar que la darrera setmana, tant tècnics de l’Agència Valenciana de Seguretat i Resposta a les Emergències, com de l’Ajuntament, hi han treballat a la zona i s’ha elaborat un diagnòstic de l’afecció de l’arbrat, tant en sòl públic, com en les parcel•les privades. El departament d’Urbanisme es posarà en contacte amb els propietaris per tal que puguen acollir-se a la mesura i facilitar l’accés dels treballadors. El pressupost general d’execució d’aquestes actuacions d’emergència s’eleva a 410,991.63 euros.
“Gandia ha viscut un dels desastres més grans dels últims temps. Per això, el repte és recuperar el dany en el patrimoni i reparar en la mesura del possible tot el que han patit les famílies. Tant l’Ajuntament, com les diferents administracions, estem al costat del veïnat des del primer moment i hem fent nostres les seues demandes, que hem traslladat al Consell per tal que l’administració autonòmica actue en conseqüència”, ha assegurat Morant.
La Comissió Inter-departamental per al seguiment i la Coordinació de la post-emergència ha estat presidida pel director de l’Agència Valenciana de Seguretat i Resposta a les Emergències, José María Ángel, amb participació de tots els departaments de la Generalitat que estan implicats en la tornada a la normalitat del territori afectat per l’incendi que el passat 6 d’agost es va iniciar en el municipi valencià de Llutxent i que ha afectat 3.000 hectàrees: el Secretari Autonòmic de Medi Ambient i Canvi Climàtic, Francisco Javier Quesada, el sotssecretari de Presidència, Emilio Sampio, les direccions generals de Serveis Socials i Persones en Situació de Dependència, Tecnologies de la Informació i Comunicacions, Assistència Sanitària, Agricultura, Ramaderia i Pesca, Prevenció d’Incendis Forestals, Obres Públiques, Transport i Mobilitat, Habitatge, Rehabilitació i Regeneració Urbana, Pressupostos, Turisme, la Subdirecció General d’Emergències i la direcció territorial de Presidència. Tècnics i alcaldes i/o regidors dels 7 municipis afectats pel foc: Llutxent, Gandia, Ador, Barx, Pinet, Quatretonda i Ròtova.
Activació de l’Oficina Única Post-emergència
Durant la reunió, Ángel també ha explicat que s’ha mantingut aquesta trobada “com a element fonamental per a anar recuperant la normalitat”, tal com s’ha fet en les últimes ocasions que algun territori de la Comunitat Valenciana ha passat per una situació que requereix una resposta immediata i d’acord amb els danys patits. A més d’explicar-los als representants municipals l’esborrany de l’acord que ha elaborat l’Agència Valenciana de Seguretat i Resposta les Emergències, la reunió d’aquesta vesprada “ha activat l’Oficina Única Post-emergència que s’encarrega de centralitzar la sol•licitud d’aquestes ajudes dirigides a la Generalitat a través d’una finestra única, promoure els convenis necessaris amb altres administracions i realitzar un seguiment de l’evolució de totes les actuacions de tornada a la normalitat i execució de la concessió d’ajudes”.
Pel que fa a l’esborrany de l’acord, “té com a objectiu atendre als diferents municipis afectats en funció dels danys que vagen quantificant-se”. Des del moment en què s’aprove el decret, ha explicat Ángel “els ajuntaments afectats tindran un termini de 45 dies per a poder podran presentar totes les seues peticions”. Aquestes ajudes seran finançades a càrrec del fons de contingència previst als Pressupostos de la Generalitat.
