Tras la junta de Distrito de la Playa del pasado lunes, el grupo municipal popular ha podido constatar, lo que ya era un clamor, las últimas dos medidas, tomadas por la Alcaldesa Diana Morant, en referencia al carril bici de Avda. de la Paz y, la prohibición de estacionar en primera línea, no han sido consensuadas con el sector, ni con los vecinos, han sido decisiones arbitrarias y autoritarias.
Nos enteramos tras la rueda de prensa del pasado 10 de septiembre, que había sido aprobado en Junta de Gobierno, un nuevo proyecto de carril bici por la Avda. de la Paz, con una inversión de 180.000 euros. El gobierno de Diana Morant, afronta mal los problemas que surgen, porque es cierto que existe una problemática, pero según Just; “No podemos desvestir un santo, para vestir otro, debemos dar una solución al problema del carril bici, que pase por el consenso, la trasparencia, y que no cuente con el rechazo de vecinos y empresarios.” Además, de todo esto, Diana Morant no es consciente, porque parece que vive de espaldas a la Playa y al turismo, del caos circulatorio que provocaría este replanteamiento del carril bici.
Es por ello que desde el grupo municipal Popular, exigimos al gobierno que paralice de inmediato este proyecto, hasta que cuente con el consenso y sea una alternativa viable y razonable.

Somos conscientes de que sólo quedan 15 días, pero 15 días son muchos en las cuentas de los autónomos que sostienen el tejido empresarial turístico de nuestra playa, y que ya viene de padecer uno de los peores veranos de los últimos años.
