La Plataforma per la Dignitat del Llaurador ha convocat per al pròxim dia 7 d’abril, a les 11 h, la quarta manifestació “per la defensa de la nostra citricultura” A esta convocatòria, s’han sumat les diferents plataformes arreu del territori valencià . El punt de partida serà l’estació del Nord, enfront de la plaça de bous de València, i el recorregut serà fins a la Delegació de Govern passant per la plaça de l’Ajuntament.
Nota de Premsa
El manifest es llegirà davant de la Delegació de Govern i entre altres qüestions es presentarà una nova campanya de recollida de signatures amb el següent decàleg:
1. Reclamar a les administracions competents que revisen i renegocien els acords signats entre la Unió Europea i els països tercers en relació a la importació de cítrics.
2. Garantia sanitària per als consumidors europeus, donant informació de totes les substàncies prohibides utilitzades en el procés de producció dels cítrics importats.
3. Control de plagues i malalties que puguen ser importades en compliment de la llei vigent sobre ús de plaguicides. Salut ambiental i salut sanitària.
4. Etiquetatge sobre la procedència del producte i la varietat.
5. Totes les signatures i el decàleg s’enviaran a les diferents administracions i als diferents partits polítics per tal que s’incloguen en els seus programes electorals.
Segons els organitzadors, s’han sumat un total de 103 municipis entre els quals està Oliva; també participaran diverses organitzacions agràries (Unió de Llauradors i Ramaders, Fepac-Asaja, Grupo Intercoop de las Cooperativas Agrícolas de la provincia de Castellón, l’Associació Local de Llauradors de Nules, el Sindicato Central de Aguas del río Mijares) i sindicats.
I van sumant-se altres interlocutors com ara Asociación de Pozos de Riego de la provincia de Castelló, Asociación de Distribuidores y Aplicadores de Plaguicidas de la provincia de Castelló, i Asociación de Comercios y Cooperativas de Exportación de la provincia de Castelló, etc.
Crida a la ciutadania
Des d’Oliva s’ha fet una crida a tots els ciutadans que vulguen recolzar, amb la seua presència, la citricultura olivera. És important sumar i tindre presència en les manifestacions, Oliva és un dels municipis més afectats i ens juguem molt amb la continuada pèrdua de terreny cultivable.
Per este motiu, des del Departament d’Agricultura de l’Ajuntament d’Oliva s’ha posat un servei d’autobús per a totes les persones que confirmen la seua assistència.
Per fer la reserva de l’autobús:
De dimarts 2 d’abril a divendres 5 d’abril de 09.00 h a 14.00 h, al telèfon 664376321. Les persones interessades han de deixar el seu nom i el seu telèfon. Es prega que comuniquen les possibles modificacions, altes/baixes per poder prestar el servei correctament.
L’autobús estarà estacionat enfront de la parada de taxis i tindrà la seua eixida a les 09.30 h. Es prega la màxima puntualitat.
