Els obradors compartits són infraestructures de caràcter local destinades a l’elaboració d’aliments. Es tracta d’una eina
de dinamització molt valuosa en la construcció d’un sistema alimentari just i sostenible perquè permeten impulsar
l’economia local afavorint l’autoocupació, donant valor afegit a la producció primària, dinamitzant l’activitat agrària i
ramadera i produint aliments de gran qualitat amb productes de proximitat i processos artesanals.

En els últims 5 anys des de la Plataforma per la Sobirania Alimentària del País Valencià s’està treballant a potenciar
aquesta eina, en considerar-la clau per a la dinamització socioeconòmica del territori i especialment del medi rural.
S’ha treballat en l’adequació de les normatives higiènic-sanitàries a la realitat dels xicotets projectes elaboradors i en
la publicació d’un manual que pretén facilitar la posada en marxa d’obradors compartits.
El curs, organitzat per la Plataforma per la Sobirania Alimentària i CERAI, està subvencionat a través de la Conselleria
d’Agricultura, Medi Ambient, Canvi Climàtic i Desenvolupament Rural i tindrà lloc durant 2 caps de setmana, entre el
26 d’abril i el 4 de maig de 2019. El curs va dirigit principalment a joves i dones del medi rural i preveu 25 hores de
durada, abordant qüestions de viabilitat tècnica, viabilitat social i viabilitat econòmica dels obradors compartits.
A Potries (La Safor) es vol impulsar un obrador comarcal compartit, les elaboracions prioritàries del qual serien:
xicotetes elaboracions de productes agroalimentaris d’origen vegetal, pasta i elaborats de forn de pa; donat els
avantatges que aquestes presenten en quant a compatibilitats, volums i maquinària que requereixen, així com el fet
que les xicotetes elaboracions permeten fer ús de l’obrador a més usuaris, a més de generar un impacte positiu en les
explotacions agrícoles menudes, en el xicotet comerç de proximitat i creant sinèrgies amb altres sectors que milloren
l’economia del territori. Ates que el curs té un aforament de 15 persones, si se superara aquest número realitzaríem
una selecció prioritzant sobre la base dels criteris establerts en aquest obrador.
Impartiran les sessions Raul Beltran, de Transversal, i Marta Feliu, de El Llibrell, eines de transformació local.
Coordinen el curs Piergiuseppe Carucci i Araceli Bolinches, de CERAI.
