Maria Jesús Bolta Bronchú, de Meliana (l’Horta Nord), guanya el XXVIII Premi de Narrativa Infantil
Carmesina de la Safor 2019 que organitza i patrocina la Mancomunitat de Municipis de la Safor.
Recordem que la dotació del premi és de 3.000,00 € i la publicació de l’obra. També se’n publiquen
algunes obres finalistes, si l’editorial ho estima oportú. La publicació de les obres premiades i
finalistes són editades per Tàndem Edicions (del grup Edicions Bromera) i compta amb el suport de
l’Acadèmia Valenciana de la Llengua.
Nota de Premsa
En aquesta edició eren 23 els originals que optaven al premi procedents de 7 províncies (Alacant,
Castelló, Tarragona, Girona, Madrid, Barcelona, i València, dels quals 3 eren de la comarca de la
Safor-Valldigna), tots ells d’escriptors i escriptores de renom.
El jurat d’aquesta edició està format per Joan Portell, Gonçal López-Pampló, Mariló Àlvarez, Josep
Palomero (membre de l’Acadèmia Valenciana de la Llengua) i Ma. Josep Escrivà (guanyadora de
l’edició anterior). El jurat, reunit el dimarts 9, va decidir atorgar el premi a l’obra El cel és blau de
Maria Jesús Bolta Bronchú de Meliana (l’Horta Nord) per l’alta qualitat literària, que és un relat ben
estructurat, amb clara definició dels papers de bondat i maldat, i un final empeltat de valors
humanistes i solidaris

El Cel és blau. Resum
Sebastià viu aterrit per Lleonard, company de classe i veí del poble, que li fa la vida impossible. Per
més que ho intente, no sap com defugir-ne els insults, atacs i furts, i ni l’inici de les desitjades
vacances d’estiu aconsegueix dibuixar-li un somriure. Per si hi faltava alguna cosa, un bon dia, els
pares anuncien que haurà de fer d’acompanyant d’una xiqueta africana que viurà amb ells durant
una temporada: és cega i els metges de l’hospital estan intentant ajudar-la. Sebastià cau en la
desesperació més absoluta.
Tanmateix, des del moment en què Araba entra a la seua vida, tot canvia. Amb ella, descobrirà
l’autèntic sentit de la paraula coratge. I també el d’amistat. I, tal vegada, el d’amor…
BREU CURRÍCULUM
Naix a Meliana l’any 1958. És llicenciada en Filologia Romànica.
Ha exercit de professora de llengua i literatura. Actualment està jubilada.
És escriptora amb una obra dilatada en el camp de la literatura infantil i juvenil.
Col·labora habitualment al diari Levante-EMV i al periòdic digital La Veu.
És traductora de múltiples llibres de text i obres literàries.
Administra el blog literari Passa la vida.
Obra literària
Entre la vintena llarga d’obres editades, cal destacar els dos premis Samaruc, per Les mans d’Amiel
(1993) i Vull jugar (1997), el Premi Vila de L’Eliana, per Pell-roja, Rostre pàl·lid (1994), el Premi
Vaixell de Vapor, per Vull jugar (1995), el Premi Vicent Silvestre, per Qui t’ha dit que el món era
blanc? (1998) i el Premi Josep Maria Folch i Torres, per Animals! (2001).
Així mateix, ha participat en el projecte de Fundació Bromera per al Foment de la Lectura i Levante
EMV, amb les obres Paraules dolces (2013), El riu dels amants (2014), Tu eres la reina (2016)…
Finalment, és coautora de l’obra La improbable vida de Joan Fuster, 3 i 4, (2017).
