El sábado, dia 11 de febrero, de 10.30 a 12 horas en el Centre Social El Molí y es gratuita
L’Associació de Dones de Miramar (ADOMAR), en colaboración con la Regidoria de Benestar Social del Ayuntamiento de Miramar, organiza este sábado, día 11 de febrero, un taller de cocina para enseñar a elaborar uno de los platos más importantes de la gastronomía de Miramar, el polp farcit.
Este taller tendrá lugar entre las 10.30 y las 12 horas en el Centre Social El Molí y es totalmente gratuito. De esta manera, cualquier persona que quiera aprender a cocinar esta receta, que combina el pulpo con arroz, patatas, cardos, judías y todo tipo de especias mezcladas, sólo tiene que acudir este sábado al Centre Social El Molí con ganas de aprender y de cocinar. Esta actividad supone el preludio de las XII Jornadas Gastronómicas de Miramar, que tendrán lugar el próximo domingo 26 de febrero en el Palau Miramar. En ellas, el polp farcit será el plato protagonista, junto con la coca borratxa de Miramar.
