La sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea (TJUE) de 14 de septiembre de 2016 ha generado tanta expectación como interrogantes.
Tal y como señala la Confederación General del Trabajo, el fallo judicial establece, en referencia a los contratos de duración determinada, que los trabajadores temporales no pueden ser discriminados respecto a los fijos siempre y cuando las situaciones sean comparables.
Las consecuencias de esta doctrina sentada por el Tribunal europeo podrían afectar en el Estado español a cerca de 300.000 interinos y a cuatro millones de trabajadores temporales.
