He tenido la suerte de formar parte de numerosos trabajos a lo largo de mi vida, tanto por trabajo, como por motivos personales, y he descubierto todo tipo de cosas sobre ellos.
Para bien o para mal, un grupo es una suma de caracteres, de personalidades, de egos, y de sensibilidades, con lo que es complicado que las palabras de unos no irriten o molesten a los otros, y que se dé el resultado tal y como se espera, cuando ese grupo nace con un propósito.
Si los conflictivos sacan lo peor de cada persona, a nivel individual, y no llegan a ningún sitio, en su visión desenfocada de competir, en vez de cooperar, por el contrario, cuando el grupo consigue una cohesión sincera, se obtienen los mejores resultados, y ello también deriva en la satisfacción personal, que no se ve cuando solamente hay peleas entre los integrantes.
No es fácil convivir con personas distintas en un ámbito de trabajo, pues cada perspectiva es un mundo, pero si nos diéramos cuenta, si fuéramos conscientes del poder grupal, cambiaría la cosa.
Este mismo fin de semana he visto los resultados de la teoría que predico en estas líneas, me he dado cuenta en mis carnes propias de lo importante que ha sido para mí el apoyo de mis compañeros en un proyecto grupal, y que sin ellos, el miedo hubiera destrozado la experiencia, en lugar de la magia que se consiguió al poner cada uno de los integrantes la mejor de sus sonrisas y la mayor de sus voluntades.
Gran satisfacción al ver el resultado final y el impacto personal que ha tenido el modo en que hemos conseguido llegar a ese precioso momento, en que hemos recogido lo sembrado durante los últimos meses, y que no hubiera sido de la misma manera si hubiéramos estado en modo competición, estoy casi segura de ello.
El miedo a quedarnos atrás, a que el otro despunte por encima de nosotros, a que algo malo de una persona perjudique al resto de grupo, ensombrece el trabajo.
Mis palabras van dirigidas, en primer lugar, a la necesidad de dejar constancia, y más habiéndolo vivido en mi propia experiencia, de trabajar en equipo, y no pisarse unos a los otros, para llegar a la meta que planteamos cuando el grupo se creó, y que se va olvidando con el paso del tiempo, y por otro lado, para agradecer a esos grupos de los que formé parte en algún momento, que me enriquecieron y que me llenaron de cosas positivas, igual que de lo malo se aprende, de los errores uno se hace grande también, sin duda ninguna.
Si una persona encuentra uno de estos círculos en que introducirse, lo vive, lo disfruta, y saca el mejor partido por su propia forma de ser, dando lo mejor de si mismo en beneficio del grupo, creará algo imborrable.
Si por el contrario, dejo de lado el interés común para intentar destacar y que vean lo bueno que soy en algo, voy a realizarme a nivel personal, pero voy a perderme tantas cosas,…
¿Realmente compensará?
Dejo la reflexión en el aire, porque hasta para esto hay distintas posturas al respecto, y yo no voy a discutir con nadie, después de que un grupo me haya dado tanto…
Espero que solamente sea el principio de un camino muy largo, porque el aprendizaje ha sido maravilloso.
¿Y si dejamos de competir y dejamos fluir lo que nos puede deparar conocer a un grupo de gente, sabiendo que cada persona es de su madre y de su padre, pero dejando que nos enseñen y nos hagan crecer?
