• Arturo Torró: “La demanda que el Gobierno de Gandia (PSOE, MésGandia y Ciudadanos), ha interpuesto contra los dirigentes populares por la supuesta responsabilidad social de las cuentas de IPG, ha sido un intento de chantaje para qué retiráramos una batería de demandas por lo penal que ya hemos dado orden de tramitarlas”. “Después de reuniones de seis meses entre PP, PSOE, COMPROMIS y CIUDADANOS, este ha sido el resultado, activar esta demanda patrimonial ya que el PP no cedió al chantaje de retirar dos querellas penales contra la junta de Gobierno de Diana Morant. De una forma cobarde y mafiosa al no salirse con la suya atacan contra el patrimonio de las personas de bien”.
Gandia, catorce de mayo de 2018.-A través del presente comunicado, Arturo Torró da respuesta a la noticia recientemente publicada sobre la demanda por lo mercantil contra su persona y miembros de su equipo al frente de Iniciatives Públiques de Gandia, S.A, a cuenta de sus cuentas y contratos.

Se acepta la admisión de la demanda por automatismo legal, es un formalismo y el Juzgado no revisa el fondo de la cuestión, sino se reúne los requisitos de una demanda y por eso se admite. Por otra parte, se señala que ha sido finalmente presentada en noviembre de 2017 y no en 2016 cuando se aprobó, para que prescribiera cualquier responsabilidad de los Consejo de Administración anteriores a la legislatura del PP.
Torró que se ha mostrado “tranquilo” porque “decaerá, como todas las demandas que nos han llegado a interponer. Es todo una estrategia para que desfilemos por los juzgados y manchar nuestro honor. Confiamos en la Justicia y pronto veremos como de nuevo archivan otra “causa general” contra el PP”.
Arturo Torró ha sido claro respecto al motivo de dicha demanda: “La han utilizado para “amedrentarnos” y “chantajearnos”. Saben que íbamos a interponer una batería de acciones penales contra el actual Gobierno de Gandia, por todos los fraudes y delitos que están cometiendo, y querían que no las presentáramos y ellos no presentar la demanda de responsabilidad social”.
Torró: “No nos hemos “achantado”. Que presenten cuantas demandas quieran. Son todo cortinas de humo. Que nosotros vamos a presentar las nuestras y por lo penal”.
Arturo Torró ha insistido en que: “Diana Morant y Vicent Mascarell son unas “asustaviejas”. No van a poder con el Partido Popular, les recuerdo que apenas les queda un año de gobierno. Tienen tanto odio y rencor que sobrepasan cualquier línea roja, presentando demandas patrimoniales jugando con el pan de la gente. Esto no es más que falta de altura política y cobardía”.
