• Tenen un pressupost d’1’2 milions d’euros, subvencionades amb una ajuda de 700.000 € del Ministeri, que va estar a punt de perdre’s i que va recuperar el nou govern local. La previsió és que els treballs, que no entorpiran el trànsit d’accés i eixida de la ciutat, finalitzen en 6 mesos, abans del pròxim Nadal.
• L’objectiu de l’actuació és adequar l’antiga N-332 a una trama més urbana, millorant la seguretat vial i l’accés al polígon.
• S’hi crearà una zona verda, amb accessos a peu i en bici al polígon. A més, connecta amb el barri de Santa Anna i integra en la ciutat l’espai industrial, que també s’ha modernitzat i millorat a través d’una important subvenció al 100% d’1 milió d’euros de la Conselleria d’Economia Sostenible, Sector Productius, Comerç i Treball (IVACE).
Gandia 21 de maig de 2018.- La regidora de Polítiques Econòmiques i Innovació, Alícia Izquierdo i el coordinador general d’Urbanisme, Vicent Mascarell, han anunciat l’inici de les obres de construcció de la nova rotonda d’accés nord a la ciutat i al polígon Alcodar. El projecte es va licitar per 1’6 milions d’euros. No obstant això, s’ha adjudicat a l’empresa Pavasal, per un cost final de 1.198.000 €, amb una baixa de 400.000 €, el que representa un estalvi important per a la ciutat.
“La ciutat recupera també una subvenció de 700.000 euros del Ministeri de Foment, que va estar a punt de perdre’s la darrera legislatura, però que el nou govern local ha aconseguit salvar. La previsió de durada dels treballs és de 6 mesos, el que vol dir que podria estar en funcionament al Nadal”. Mascarell ha informat que els objectius de l’actuació són l’adequació de l’antiga carretera N-332 a una trama més urbana, millorant la seguretat vial i l’accés al polígon Alcodar.
Hi ha prevista una millora paisatgística amb zona verda i vies no motoritzades, que permetran l’accés a peu i en bici al polígon Alcodar, que quedarà connectat també al barri de Santa Anna.
El coordinador d’Urbanisme ha insistit que les obres no entorpiran el trànsit d’accés i d’eixida de la ciutat. Únicament hi haurà tallaments puntuals i programats en l’accés al polígon.
En aquest sentit, Izquierdo ha recordat que també s’inicia un procés de contactes amb l’associació d’empresaris del Polígon Alcodar, AES, els quals ja són coneixedors del projecte, per tal d’informar-los més en concret del programa d’actuacions.
“Aquesta important actuació es suma a les inversions de millora i modernització del polígon Alcodar, subvencionades al 100% per la Conselleria d’Economia Sostenible, Sector Productius, Comerç i Treball, a través de l’Ivace, i que converteixen el polígon en una zona més urbana, integrada en la ciutat. A més d’ampliar i millorar considerablement l’entrada nord de Gandia”. La regidora també ha destacat l’avantatge per als camions, sobretot els de llarga longitud, que accediran directament al polígon.
Polígon industrial Alcodar
El polígon industrial Alcodar de Gandia té una superfície de 457.473 m2 i 202 empreses instal•lades. Ha comptat amb una subvenció de l’IVACE de 913.822,07 euros per a dur a terme actuacions com la implantació de videovigilància amb CCTV connectat a la Policia Local, carril bici, millora de la imatge del polígon amb regeneració paisatgística i ambiental, millora de l’enllumenat públic i de les zones verdes.
També s’ha creat una pàgina web amb informació del polígon accessible a l’IVACE, s’ha realitzat una remodelació viària i s’han millorat els accessos, senyalització d’empreses per carrers, la senyalització del trànsit i del sanejament separatiu d’aigües residuals.
