El ple de la corporació ha aprovat aquest divendres l’acceptació de la gestió del Pla Edificant que li permetrà adequar el centre públic CEIP Sant Pere Apòstol del municipi.

En una sessió extraordinària realitzada el divendres 18 de maig, la corporació de l’ajuntament ha acceptat la delegació de competències per part de la Generalitat, de manera que serà l’ajuntament el responsable de portar a terme les obres de reforma del CEIP Sant Pere Apòstol.
D’aquesta forma, i seguint una memòria tècnica i econòmica ja presentada i aprovada per la Generalitat, l’ajuntament de l’Alqueria de la Comtessa s’encarregarà de les accions de contractació per a la reforma i adequació del centre educatiu, i serà la Generalitat qui abonarà directament als contractistes l’import de les seues factures.
Aquesta actuació de reforma competència de la Generalitat, està valorada en 192.387,9 €, i rep el nom de Pla Edificant o d’Adequació, reforma i equipament CEIP Sant Pere Apòstol de l’Alqueria de la Comtessa en el centre públic CEIP Sant Pere Apòstol.
L’alcalde del municipi, Voro Femenia, considera que “amb aquesta cessió de competències, es podrà dur a terme de forma més efectiva i veloç les obres de reforma que pretenen solucionar les necessitats estructurals del centre. Agilitzant el procés, es podran dur a terme les obres pertinents durant l’estiu i començar el curs 2018/2019 amb un centre educatiu renovat».
