Comunicado de Cs Oliva a la agresión sufrida por un vecino en el Figatell Sound.

Desde Ciudadanos Oliva comunicamos que hemos presentado vía Registro de Entrada en el Ayuntamiento de Oliva un escrito por medio del cual solicitamos a todos los grupos municipales reunión urgente para llevar a cabo una concentración en protesta de las agresiones físicas efectuadas el pasado fin de semana por independentistas sobre personas que se expresaban pacíficamente en contra de símbolos de connotación inconstitucional en vías y eventos públicos, especialmente por lo sucedido en el concierto Figatell Sound en Oliva.

A continuación queda el texto presentado a registro de entrada:

A TODOS LOS GRUPOS POLÍTICOS DEL AYTO. DE OLIVA

El pasado viernes 24 de agosto con ocasión del concierto Figatell Sound en Oliva, se produjeron unos hechos impropios de una sociedad avanzada, pacífica y democrática.

 

 

En este evento público presentado por las delegaciones de Cultura y Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Oliva, según se nos informó, un sujeto extendió una pancarta reivindicativa por la libertad de los políticos encarcelados a raíz del proceso ilegal por la independencia de Cataluña. Ante esta acción un señor de 75 años (E.B.) que asistía junto con su nieto de 10 años recriminó la alteración de la convivencia que suponía dicha pancarta en el concierto, con lo que repentinamente, un sujeto junto con otros que le acompañaban golpearon a este jubilado de la ciudad de Oliva como respuesta a la libre manifestación de la opinión del agredido de 75 años, provocándole de este modo heridas con sangre y el peligro vital que podía haber corrido debido a la edad del mismo y la zona golpeada, en este caso en la cabeza de E.B..

 

 

Frente a estos hechos, de altísima gravedad y preocupación, desde Ciudadanos Oliva nos vemos en la obligación moral y política de presentar una solicitud dirigida a todos los partidos de este Ayuntamiento y a los no representados en el mismo consistente en acordar la celebración de una concentración como protesta a la agresión acaecida que, más allá de ser un hecho con consecuencias físicas, lleva aparejadas para mayor gravedad connotaciones políticas fruto de la reivindicación de la libertad de delincuentes que han atentado contra la Constitución y la unidad de España.

 

 

Mediante dicha concentración proponemos que además se proteste y condene no sólo esta agresión como un hecho aislado sino en el marco de la creciente radicalización y alteración de la convivencia pacífica por medio de constantes provocaciones y agresiones en otros municipios de España; recordamos asimismo el puñetazo de un independentista que provocó la rotura del tabique nasal de una mujer que retiraba lazos amarillos en Barcelona horas después del caso de Oliva.

 

 

Por ello, pedimos a todos los grupos políticos del Ayuntamiento de Oliva que a la mayor brevedad se pronuncien al respecto y se nos comunique para acordar la organización de dicha concentración conjunta pendiente de lugar, día y hora, y para la que también se traslade invitación a ciudadanos, organizaciones y asociaciones cívicas de distinto ámbito.
