València (14.09.18). Más de 40 representantes de entidades sociales pertenecientes con ámbito de actuación en la zona afectada por el incendio forestal de Llutxent diseñarán junto con la conselleria de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente, Cambio Climático Climático y Desarrollo Rural la hoja de ruta de recuperación del entorno calcinado el pasado mes de agosto en los términos de Gandia, Llutxent, Pinet, Ador, Barx y Quatretonda.

 

 

La constitución de la Mesa de Concertación Postincendio de Llutxent, presidida por el secretario autonómico de Medio Ambiente y Cambio Climático, Fran Quesada, y la directora general de Prevención de Incendios Forestales, Delia Álvarez, ha contado con la participación de representantes de asociaciones y colectivos sociales, de administraciones locales, de la Diputación de Valencia, la Confederación Hidrográfica del Júcar, la Agencia Valenciana de Segridad y Respuesta a las Emergencias y el Consorcio de Bomberos.

 

 

En ella se ha presentado el Informe de Evaluación de Impacto Ecológico y Previsión de la Regeneración de Incendios del CEAM, que describe la evaluación del impacto ecológico del incendio, analizando la severidad con la que afectó el fuego tanto a la vegetación como al suelo, se destacan los principales riesgos sobre los que hay que actuar con carácter urgente y se examina la capacidad de regeneración que ofrece el ecosistema.

 

 

El servicio de Vida Silvestre de la conselleria también hizo una exposición sobre afecciones al hábitat y a las especies protegidas.

 

 

El secretario autonómico, Fran Quesada, ha destacado las sinergias de cooperación entre la sociedad civil y las administraciones públicas que se generan en estos foros participativos, especialmente a la hora de restaurar las infraestructuras y el área agroforestal dañadas.

 

 

A este respecto, Quesada ha subrayado el impulso a la participación como eje fundamental de la política de prevención salida del Pacte del Botànic, incorporando a la sociedad activa en la hoja de ruta para la regeneración de los bosques.

 

 

Asimismo, Quesada ha afirmado que la conselleria ha comenzado a tramitar la declaración de emergencia de la zona, -necesario para la agilización de determinados trabajos de urgencia de reparación- y que existe un presupuesto de 600.000 euros del fondo de contingencia para la protección de la erosión y escorrentías, para la trituración in situ de la madera quemada y para la prevención de plagas.

 

 

Durante la sesión se han acordado las bases de cooperación y colaboración para presentar programas y desarrollar actividades de manera conjunta, apoyar su difusión e intercambiar información relativa a la organización, estructura y funcionamiento de la Mesa de Concertación.
