Me gustaría presentarme contándote mi historia sobre como llegué yo a la meditación y porque me dedico a enseñar esta maravillosa técnica de transformación.
En mi primer encuentro con la meditación descubrí una suerte de conexión interior que me proporcionó la oportunidad de transformar mi visión sobre mi y sobre mi entorno. En ese entonces yo trabajaba para el sector bancario en Miami y ya se oía hablar de la crisis bancaria. No es difícil imaginar que la incertidumbre y el estrés crecían a diario.
Un amigo me sugirió conocer a su maestra de meditación y días más tarde a través de ella descubrí el libro “Las Siete Leyes Espirituales del Éxito”.
La ley número siete, La Ley del Dharma o Propósito en la Vida, marcó un antes y un después en mi vida. Siempre había admirado a las personas talentosas. Entonces creía que el talento y la creatividad estaban reservados a unas pocas personas, y yo no era una de ellas.
La Ley del Dharma afirma que cada persona tiene un don único y una manera única de expresarlo, y que cuando reconoces tu talento único y lo utilizas al servicio de la humanidad, te alineas con el flujo y la abundancia de la vida. Al leer esta afirmación mi visión cambió radicalmente. Decidí entonces embarcarme en un camino de búsqueda personal para descubrir que me hacía singular y como podía expresar esta singularidad para contribuir.
Años más tarde me certifiqué como Instructora del Centro Chopra. Tuve la dicha de conocer personalmente y recibir instrucción en meditación de mi maestro espiritual e inspiración en mi camino de crecimiento el Dr. Deepak Chopra.
La meditación ha transformado mi vida, es por eso que me dedico a enseñar meditación a otras personas. Me ha dado alas y me ha dado raíces. Es la práctica diaria que me acerca a la mejor versión de mi misma que puedo ser. Enseñar me hace vibrar en armonía con mi propósito y mi realización personal.
