La Fiscalía ha imputado al primer ministro de Perú, Guido Bellido, y al líder del partido de Gobierno, Vladimir Cerrón, por presunto lavado de dinero en la financiación de Perú Libre.
Ellos son las caras más conocidas, pero hay otros 15 investigados, entre ellos el hermano de Cerrón y portavoz del partido en el Congreso.
El caso, llamado «Los dinámicos del centro», investiga los presuntos cobros ilegales de funcionarios del Gobierno regional del céntrico departamento andino de Junín a través de una red presuntamente dirigida por el líder del partido para financiar las campañas.
Bellido, quien según la resolución del Fiscal se habría beneficiado de los cobros, también está imputado por presunta apología del terrorismo al haber rendido homenaje a un conocido guerrillero de Sendero Luminoso.
Presiones de la oposición para modificar el gabinete
A Pedro Castillo y su partido les han llovido las críticas y protestas en las calles desde que asumió sus funciones el 28 de julio. No han gustado sus ideas izquierdistas ni su elección de algunos de los miembros de su gabinete.
Un Consejo de Ministros que echa a andar con mal pie cuando todavía está pendiente de pedir el voto de investidura en el Parlamento donde enfrenta una dura oposición.
La presión de la oposición es enorme y es probable que no apruebe la investidura del primer Gobierno de Castillo si no saca a varios ministros que les disgustan por sus posiciones ortodoxas de izquierda. Entre ellos Guido Bellido y el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Héctor Béjar, un antiguo guerrillero fundador del peruano Ejército de Liberación Nacional.
La presidenta del Congreso, María del Carmen Alva, publicó el lunes un vídeo en el que presionaba a Castillo para que cambie varios ministros antes de acudir al hemiciclo a pedir el voto de investidura para su Gobierno.
«Hemos recogido la preocupación de las diferentes bancadas en el Congreso. Es una posición generalizada que la trasladamos al Gobierno para que pueda evaluar los cambios sugeridos públicamente por diversos congresistas y podamos ‘viabilizar’ la confianza al gabinete por el bien de nuestro país», explicó Alva. También exhortó a Castillo a convocar un Consejo de Estado.
