Cocaína adulterada: «No sé, no tengo nada que ver», dicen los detenidos y sobrevuela el peligro de la impunidad

De esas declaraciones y de lo encontrado en los allanamientos, no surge hasta ahora la vinculación entre la banda detenida en José C. Paz y la banda que vendió la sustancia mortal. Faltan las pericias sobre la droga incautada.

“Estaba tomando mate en la esquina, no tuve nada que ver”. “Yo rancheo ahí y me detuvieron. No tengo nada que ver”. “Yo caminaba en el pasillo y me pararon los oficiales. No tengo nada que ver”. Ese fue el tono de lo que este viernes declararon los cuatro detenidos en el allanamiento de Puerta 8 y los dos detenidos en el barrio El Gaucho, los lugares donde se vendieron los papelitos que causaron las muertes.

En paralelo, en lo que por ahora es otra causa, El Paisa, Joaquín Aquino, se negó a declarar y los siete restantes que estaban con él fueron por la variante ya conocida: “estaba ahí, pero no tengo nada, nada que ver”. De esas declaraciones y de lo encontrado en los allanamientos, no surge por ahora ninguna vinculación entre la banda detenida en José C. Paz, encabezada por El Paisa, y la banda que vendió la sustancia mortal en Puerta 8 y El Gaucho. La clave va a estar en los peritajes de comparación de la droga encontrada en ambos lugares.

Las muestras las empezó a trabajar la Policía Federal con dos objetivos: confirmar que la sustancia letal fue el Fentanilo u otro opiáceo y ver si existe vínculo entre lo que vendían las dos bandas. Al atardecer, dos camionetas de Migraciones llegaron hasta el lugar de detención de El Paisa, en Quilmes, para notificarlo de la expulsión del país por una causa anterior. Esa medida se hará efectiva una vez que la justicia lo decida, o sea que lo más probable es que el sujeto pase bastantes años en prisión en la Argentina –la mitad de las eventuales condenas– y recién después será deportado a su país de origen, Paraguay (ver aparte).

Agujero negro en la investigación
Los mayores interrogantes del caso de la cocaína envenenada están en el origen de la sustancia. En los dos bunkers de Puerta 8 y El Gaucho se encontraron papelitos, 460 en el primero y 3.500 en el segundo. Pero en ninguno de los dos lugares se encontró el elemento que le pusieron a la cocaína ni instrumentos para hacer el corte, es decir estirar la droga.

Por supuesto que una de las hipótesis es que todo se hizo en José C. Paz, donde fueron detenidos El Paisa y el “cocinero” de la banda, Julio César Ferrari. Este último también declaró este viernes y negó todo: “la droga me la pusieron”, sostuvo.

La hipótesis de Sergio Berni –«sólo una hipótesis», afirma– es que el origen de la droga adulterada fue la banda de El Paisa. mientras que el fiscal especializado en narcotráfico, Diego Iglesias, hasta pidió los allanamientos argumentando que la organización de José C. Paz es la proveedora de los dos bunkers de Tres de Febrero.

De la investigación realizada por Iglesias y el fiscal Paul Starc -ahora reemplazado por Miguel Blanco Garcia Ordás- no surge prueba concreta del vínculo: no aparece en las llamadas, mensajes, en las filmaciones que se hicieron en los últimos meses o en algún otro elemento. Por eso, el fiscal German Martínez y el fiscal general Marcelo Lapargo de San Martín, que tienen la causa de Puerta 8, siguen adelante con su investigación, mientras que Starc-Blanco García Ordás y el juez Juan Manuel Culotta continúan con la suya. Hubo diálogo entre ellos y decidirán una vez que los peritajes o alguna otra prueba indique que El Paisa fue proveedor de las bandas de Tres de Febrero. Es una hipótesis y habrá que ver si se verifica.

Peritajes
Lo que se puso en marcha en las dos investigaciones es el trabajo sobre una cantidad inmensa de muestras de sustancias.

Por de pronto, se mandó a analizar sangre y orina de los pacientes.
Lo mismo ocurrió con las muestras que se tomaron de las autopsias.
Familiares de las víctimas entregaron papelitos comprados en Puerta 8 o El Gaucho.
Se mandaron también a analizar los sobres secuestrados en los allanamientos.
Parte de las muestras se enviaron a laboratorios de la Policía Federal y otra parte a dependencias de la Procuración en Munro y La Plata.

Por ahora, el ministro Nicolás Kreplak considera que clínicamente –por los síntomas y por el antídoto que se usó– está probado que la combinación letal fue de cocaína con fentanilo, una sustancia sintética que habría sido producida clandestinamente. El fentanilo es un poderosísimo opioide que deprime el sistema respiratorio. Sin embargo, por el momento, el cromatógrafo –instrumento milimétrico usado para los peritajes– no identificó la sustancia.

Hay otra alternativa que no se puede descartar: el estiramiento en muchos casos se hace con medicamentos robados o vencidos. Eso incluye paracetamol, ibuprofeno y hasta aspirinas. En ese marco, no es descabellado pensar que lo robado fue fentanilo –se está usando durante la pandemia para intubar pacientes– o morfina, que podría tener los mismos efectos.

Las claves del envenenamiento
Todo indica que la gran mayoría de los indagados el viernes seguirán presos. Pero el caso está muy lejos del esclarecimiento. No se encontró hasta ahora el lugar en el que se produjo la adulteración que derivó en las muertes. No apareció esa sustancia ni en José C. Paz ni en Puerta 8 ni en El Gaucho.

Y el peligro es que todo termine en una nebulosa.

Detenidos de segunda o tercera línea o incluso personas que no tienen nada que ver.
Por ahora, El Paisa está involucrado en una causa anterior y ahora se le encontraron 15.000 papelitos que no produjeron ninguna muerte. O sea, es nítido que se lo puede acusar de narcotráfico, pero no está claro para nada que sea parte de la organización criminal que mató a 24 personas, posiblemente en un error en la cocina –mezcla– de la droga.
Sigue manteniéndose oculto el encubrimiento policial de toda la trama del narcotráfico. El bunker de Puerta 8 se allanó el 18 de diciembre y resulta que ahora seguía operando. Hay vecinos de Puerta 8 que dicen que los narcos dejan un dinero en bolsitas que recoge un patrullero.
A esta altura, sigue sin esclarecimiento quiénes fueron los proveedores de la droga letal ni los que a diario los encubren.
