La Policía Municipal de Pamplona ha registrado un total de ocho denuncias y ha detenido a seis personas durante las fiestas de los Sanfermines por delitos contra la libertad e identidad sexual.
En total, durante estas fiestas, todos los cuerpos policiales han recogido 447 denuncias, un 15% menos con respecto a 2016. Del total de denuncias recibidas, más de la mitad (245, un 50,3%) se debieron a hurtos. Se registraron también 23 denuncias por daños, 22 por robos con fuerza y 21 por lesiones, entre otras. Por esos hechos, la Policía Municipal detuvo a 69 personas.
Además, la Policía Municipal ha intervenido en 1.115 requerimientos ciudadanos a los que hay que sumar los dispositivos puestos en marcha en todos los eventos del programa festivo como Chupinazo, Procesión, encierros, encierrillos, entrada y salida de la plaza de toros, servicio especial para los fuegos artificiales, acompañamiento de la comparsa de Gigantes y Cabezudos o el Pobre de Mí.
Entre las más de 1.000 intervenciones, se registraron 242 por problemas de convivencia, 132 de ayuda a personas en necesidad, 124 relacionadas con gestiones policiales, 99 de delitos contra la propiedad, 61 relativas a infracciones a ordenanzas o al bando municipal y 42 por ruidos y molestias.
Drones y ordenanza del encierro
En lo referente a la Ordenanza del Encierro, la Policía Municipal ha denunciado y notificado 12 infracciones, destacando una denuncia puesta el día 7 a una persona extranjera que sobrevolaba con un dron el recorrido del encierro y que fue denunciada con 1.500 euros.
Otra persona también fue identificada y denunciada el día 14 mientras sobrevolaba con otro dron la zona de Vuelta del Castillo – Yanguas y Miranda – durante los fuegos artificiales. Se le sancionó administrativamente por la ley de Seguridad Ciudadana como infracción grave, pudiendo llevar aparejada una multa entre 601 y 30.000 euros, y se le requisó el dron. En ambos casos se tramitó el correspondiente expediente informativo a AESA (Agencia Estatal para la Seguridad Aérea).
Un 1,4% de positivos en alcohol y un 17,2% en drogas
En lo que respecta a seguridad vial, la Policía Municipal atendió durante fiestas un total de 56 accidentes, de los que 53 fueron colisiones y 3 atropellos. El balance fue de 21 personas heridas, una de ellas grave y 20 de carácter leve.
Asimismo, se realizaron 3.640 pruebas de alcohol, de las que 52, un 1,43%, dieron positivo. Un total de 39 se tramitaron como denuncias administrativas y 13 como presunto delito, por lo que se remitieron a los juzgados. Se llevaron a cabo, también, 29 pruebas de drogas y sustancias estupefacientes, con cinco resultados positivos, un 17,24% del total.
