A cargo del cuarteto Los Mambo Jambo
Gandia, 18 de agosto de 2017.- Mañana sábado finaliza la XXVIII edición del Festival Polisònic en el jardín de la Casa de Cultura Marqués de González de Quirós. Esta última actuación estará a cargo del cuarteto Los Mambo Jambo, una formación especializada en fusionar el rock & roll y el rhythm & blues.
Liderados por el prestigioso saxofonista Dani Nel•lo, los Mambo Jambo son, actualmente, una de las formaciones más explosivas de la escena musical, con unas más que contundentes y electrizantes actuaciones en directo. Con su último trabajo, titulado Jambology, la banda se ha encargado de expandir por el mundo lo que ellos denominan el “sonido jambofónico”, una mezcla de rock & roll, rhythm & blues, surf y swing, en una versión actualizada de estos ritmos de los años 50 y 60.
Además del propio Dani Nel•lo al saxo, la banda la completan Dani Baraldes a la guitarra, Anton Jarl a la batería e Ivan Kovacevic al contrabajo.
La actuación está prevista para las 10,30 de la noche y las entradas pueden adquirirse en la Casa de Cultura y en a www.instanticket.es, al precio de 6 euros.
