El Regidor de Comerç, Mercats i Consum de l’Ajuntament d’Oliva, Pepe Salazar, ha anunciat la reobertura del Mercat Municipal d’Oliva per al pròxim divendres 16 de febrer, després de les obres de rehabilitació que s’han efectuat al sostre original de l’edifici.
Salazar s’ha mostrat molt satisfet pel treball realitzat, “perquè hem comprovat que l’obra era molt necessària, fins i tot més del que pensàvem en un principi, i ara podem estar segurs de tindre un Mercat amb totes les garanties de seguretat per als seus usuaris, tant per als comerciants com per als clients. A més, l’obra ha permés recuperar i consolidar l’estructura original del sostre de ferro i fusta del 1949, el que suposa una considerable millora estètica així com un atractiu més i un valor afegit per al nostre Mercat Municipal i per al patrimoni d’Oliva.”
Per aquest motiu, el Regidor de Mercats ha confirmat que, pròximament, coincidint amb la reobertura del Mercat després de la rehabilitació del sostre, s’anunciaran una sèrie de sortejos de premis per als clients del Mercat Municipal: “Es tracta de promoure i fer encara més atractiu el Mercat Municipal. Volem que la gent el conega, el visite i el disfrute. Hem de tindre clar que comprar al Mercat Municipal d’Oliva sempre té premi, en qualitat dels productes i en un bon servei. Però ara, a més tindrà regals i ben bons. Per això, siga amb obres de millora o amb premis, cal cuidar als clients i als comerciants. I en això continuem treballant i no només des de l’àrea de Mercats.
