València se blinda en Fallas ante la amenaza terrorista

Más de 3.600 agentes se desplegarán para garantizar la seguridad durante todas las fiestas

 

Las Fallas de este año se blindarán para asegurar la seguridad durante el transcurso de las fiestas. Un amplio despliegue de la Policía Local de València de 3.600 agentes se distribuirá a lo largo y ancho de la ciudad, lo que supone cien policías más que el año pasado patrullando las calles de la capital. Según el alcalde Joan Ribó, este operativo se ha trabajado “con mucha antelación”, lo que ratificó el subdelegado del Gobierno, José Vicente Herrera, ya que el 9 de enero tuvo lugar la primera reunión para abordar la seguridad. Así pues, Ribó valoró “positivamente” la coordinación de las fuerzas de seguridad, bomberos y Protección Civil.

 

 

Y es que el número de visitantes que reciben las Fallas van in crescendo. Por ello, es “necesario adoptar todas aquellas medidas que sean necesarias” para asegurar “la tranquilidad de poder llevar a cabo todos los actos falleros con normalidad”, según el alcalde. Solo en la mascletà habrá cerca de 80 agentes de la Policía Local, y en los castillos del cauce del río Túria, serán 88 policías de este cuerpo. Además, los teléfonos 092 y 112 estarán a pleno funcionamiento y contarán con refuerzos. La Ofrenda a la Virgen, por otra parte, movilizará a 480 agentes, mientras que la Cremà de la falla del Ayuntamiento contará con 136.

 

 

Por otra parte, el metro también se verá afectado por medidas de seguridad extraordinarias. Desde el 16 al 19 de marzo entre las 12:30 y las 14:30, las estaciones de metro de Xàtiva y Colón permanecerán cerradas y la parada de Alameda también se cerrará dos horas antes de la Nit del Foc.

 

 

Como novedad, el consistorio obligará a los casales a poner en sus puertas y en las carpas un mapa de la demarcación para que todos los asistentes puedan conocer las vías libres. Pere Fuset, concejal de Cultura Festiva, aseguró que “estos mapas también estarán integrados en un geoportal en el cual tendrán acceso todos los servicios municipales y las fuerzas de seguridad”.

 

 

Incluso algunas fallas de Ruzafa han tenido que desplazarse varios metros de su actual ubicación por el temor a avalanchas. Estas son Cuba-Denia, Cuba-Buenos Aires, y Cuba-Puerto Rico. Los Bomberos han aconsejado mover sus monumentos falleros cerca de cuatro metros del centro de los cruces para evitar colapsos.

 

 

El asunto no es baladí, porque, tal y como publicó València Extra, nuestra Comunitat es de las primeras en riesgo de atentado terrorista. Teniendo en cuenta los pasados atentados de Cambrils y Barcelona, las Fallas necesitan una protección especial.
