La investigación, que se desarrolla en juzgados de Madrid, Benidorm y Gandia, abarcaría delitos de falsedad, prevaricación, malversación y delito electoral
Un juzgado investiga la presunta financiación ilegal del PSPV en época de Joan Ignasi Pla como secretario general, así como al Bloc (partido hoy integrado en Compromís), por la campaña electoral de 2007, unas investigaciones que se extenderían hasta 2011, según el Tribunal Superior de Justicia (TSJ) valenciano. El magistrado ha repartido la causa en cuatro juzgados (dos en Madrid, uno en Gandia y otro en Benidorm) para que los hechos se investiguen en los partidos judiciales donde se habrían cometido los posibles delitos.
Se trataría de una trama con prácticas similares a las de la ‘Gürtel’, una empresa que organiza actos electorales y que posteriormente recibe contratos públicos, en este caso del Gobierno socialista de José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. La investigación abarcaría delitos de falsedad, prevaricación, malversación y delito electoral vinculados a las campañas de 2007 y 2011.
Según ha publicado el diario El Mundo el origen de la investigación se sitúa a mediados de 2016, cuando representantes del PP habrían llevado a una comisaría de València documentación, facturas y correos electrónicos que se habrían enviado entre empresarios y dirigentes del PSPV y del Bloc. Desde entonces se habría puesto en marcha una operación policial llevada en secreto.
El juzgado que investiga el caso habría comprobado la veracidad de la documentación aportada identificando en varios informes el circuito que presuntamente habría seguido el dinero de empresas tanto públicas como privadas para pagar actos de la precampaña y la campaña de 2007.
La investigación que ha llevado el juzgado de Instrucción número 21 de Valencia -el mismo del caso Blasco- se encuentra bajo secreto de sumario, lo que implica también que se desconoce la cantidad de dinero de la que se está hablando, aunque podría rondar el millón de euros.
‘Clan de Gandia’
Como instrumento de este sistema estaría la sociedad de comunicación Crespo Gomar (hoy extinguida), la cual facturaría los servicios a formaciones políticas que eran pagados por otras empresas, pagos que según las investigaciones tributarias coincidirían hasta en los céntimos.
Esta sociedad tuvo como presidente a Alberto Gomar, hijo del exteniente de alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Gandia, el socialsta Antoni Gomar, y tendría también entre sus trabajadores a José Ramón Tíller, exdiputado autonómico socialista y ex jefe de gabinete de los exalcaldes de Gandia Pepa Frau y José Manuel Orengo (actual asesor de Ximo Puig).
Sobre la vinculación con el Gobierno de Rodríguez Zapatero cabe señalar que la empresa Crespo Gomar obtuvo contratos por valor de más de 600.000 euros de organimos estatales para campañas de comunicación. Entre estos estaría la campaña de la desalinizadora de Torrevieja y Aguas del Júcar de AquaMed por 234.700 euro y otra de 148.000 euros para difundir los contenidos del Plan de la Vivienda 2008-2012 del Ministerio de Vivienda. Destaca la campaña ‘Compra con criterio’ del Ministerio de Sanidad y Consumo por 200.000 euros, concedida desde la Dirección General de Consumo que entonces encabezaba Etelvina Andreu, quien fue candidata a la alcaldía de Alicante en 2007 por el PSPV y cuya campaña dirigió precisamente Crespo Gomar.
Bloc
Por lo que respecta al Bloc la investigación afectaría también a la campaña de 2007, la etapa en la que la formación tenía como líder y candidato a Enric Morera -actual presidente de las Corts- y que un documento de Crespo Gomar incluía el apartado «estados de cuentas de Bloc».
En esta documentación una tabla desarrolla conceptos, importes de facturas y un estadillo en el que se reitera la palabra «concepto» con diversas empresas, y esto da pie a que la Policía investigue si estas empresas asumieron las facturas del Bloc.
Entre las empresas señaladas estaría Egevasa, empresa con participación pública de la Diputación de València. Entre las factures habría sesiones de fotografías a candidatos, cuñas publicitarias o el alquiler de un vehículo. (Fuente: Toni Cuquerella-elDiario.es)
