1. Marzo. 2017.- El Grupo Municipal Popular ha presentado hoy en rueda de prensa, dos Declaraciones Institucionales en materia educativa.
En la misma han comparecido el Portavoz del Grupo Municipal Popular, Víctor Soler, y la concejal del Grupo Municipal Popular, Marta Cháfer. Marta Cháfer ha fijado la posición de los populares, al lamentar que el Conseller Marzà esté imponiendo a los centros educativos, el valenciano, en detrimento del castellano y es por ello, por lo que han presentado una Declaración Institucional.
Cháfer: “Se premiará con más fondos, y más horas de inglés, a los centros educativos que excluyan el castellano. Se rompe la equidad”.
De igual modo, Cháfer: “El decreto está ideado para que quién desee castellano quede con el mínimo de horas en inglés, y quién opte por valenciano será premiado con la máxima acreditación en la referida lengua extranjera”.
El Decreto establece que una vez finalizado el periodo formativo se certificará el nivel de competencia de los alumnos, de forma que los que terminen el Bachillerato con un nivel Avanzado, es decir, inglés y valenciano, obtendrán la acreditación del B1 de inglés y el C1 en valenciano, a diferencia de los que hayan escogido el nivel básico o castellano, que quedarán sin ninguna acreditación.
A este respecto, Soler ha lamentado el sesgo ideológico que destila la medida, y ha apelado a la sana convivencia entre las dos lenguas oficiales: “Creemos en un reparto equitativo de horas en valenciano, castellano y porque no, en inglés. Pero si observamos bien el Decreto de Marzà, vemos como el objetivo es iniciar un proceso de inmersión lingüística a la catalana y ahí, se opondrá el PP”.
