La propera sessió tindrà lloc el dijous 16 de febrer a les 19:30 h. a la Sala d’Actes de la Biblioteca Central i tractarà sobre “L’any deu. L’emigració de la Vall d’Albaida a l’Argentina”.
La Biblioteca Central de Gandia anuncia la propera sessió del “Cicle de Xarrades amb gent que sap per a gent que vol saber” que compta amb la col•laboració d’experts en cadascuna de les matèries escollides.
En esta ocasió, la xarrada consistirà amb la projecció del documental “L’any deu. L’emigració de la Vall d’Albaida a l’Argentina”, realització de Lluís Pérez, guió de Casimir Romero i música de Josep Mira.
Després de la projecció del documental en el què es descriu la devastadora crisi de l’any 1910, provocada per la fil•loxera, que va provocar migració de nombroses famílies cap a l’Argentina hi haurà un col•loqui amb la participació dels creadors de l’audiovisual.
Toni Ordiñana, coordinador de les biblioteques, ha destacat “el caràcter eminentment pràctic de les xarrades i, per tant, la seua utilitat” i convida a assistir-hi a qualsevol interessat en el tema.
