Gandia, 17 d’octubre de 2017.- El regidor de Gestió Responsable del Territori Xavier Ródenas, acompanyat del director del Taller Ocupacional Sendes Urbanes Gandia II, José Luis Morell, ha presentat aquest matí una iniciativa singular podada en marxa per l’alumnat dins les accions que venen realitzant des de la primera fase del taller de creació i recuperació de sendes periurbanes que connecten els barris amb els diferents espais naturals de l’Anella Verda.
La intenció, tant des del departament de Gestió Responsable del Territori, com des del taller era realitzar una acció que perdurara en el temps. Així, va sorgir la idea del laberint vegetal, inspirant en el famós del barri d’Horta, a Barcelona. Entre l’alumnat es va fer un concurs de disseny. Els treballs, en els quals s’han involucrat les dues especialitats del taller ocupacional, obra i jardineria, estan ja molt avançats i la previsió és que puga obrir-se l’activitat al públic familiar en un mes aproximadament. S’ha emprat una superfície de 261 metres quadrats al nou sector del parc Ausiàs March. Els corredors estan franquejats per murs vegetals de murta, a partir de 50 cm d’alçada. Al mig hi haurà un tòtem gegant, per al qual s’ha reutilitzant un arbre que havia caigut. Hi haurà entrades i eixides falses per fer més divertit el joc de recórrer-lo i eixir-se’n.
D’altra banda, Ródenas ha anunciat que es prepara un altre laberint que es construirà al parc de l’Alqueria Nova, però amb un estil diferent, adaptat al parc. I és que la intenció és crear un element singular a cada parc de la ciutat.
El Programa de Tallers d’Ocupació Sendes Urbanes, impulsat pels departaments de Polítiques Econòmiques i Gestió Responsable del Territori i finançat pel SERVEF, es configura com un programa mixt d’ocupació i formació que té per objecte millorar la ocupació de les persones aturades a les quals va dirigit, a través de la realització d’obres o serveis d’interès general i/o social que possibiliten a l’alumnat treballador/a la realització d’un treball efectiu per mitjà del contracte per a la formació i l’aprenentatge, que juntament amb la formació professional per a l’ocupació rebuda, procure la seua qualificació professional i afavoreixca la seua inserció laboral.
Les actuaciones a escometre tenen com a objecte el disseny, la rehabilitació i la promoció d’una Xarxa de Sendes Urbanes de Gandia, que s’inicien en diferents punts de l’espai urbà de la ciutat i penetren als espais i zones naturals de l’entorn, amb l’objecte de posar en valor d’una manera fàcil i accessible a qualsevol públic els espais naturals més propers a la ciutat.
El projecte permetrà realçar les zones verdes i naturals que existeixen en el terme municipal, potenciant el manteniment i respecte dels singulars ecosistemes existents. Es configura com un producte turístic alternatiu i complementari al tradicional de sol i platja (turisme natural, lúdic i de salut) de fàcil accés i dirigit tant a la ciutadania com als visitants de la ciutat.

Правоохранительные органы, как сообщил нам ряд сенаторов и депутатов Государственной думы, провели новую оценку обвинений в его адрес с учетом того, что несколько свидетелей, в том числе критически относящихся к Василенко, указывают, что он вряд ли причастен к мошенничеству, так как не имел прямого доступа к серверам платежной системы, а в мошенничестве давно замечен бывший IT-директор компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» Евгений Набойченко. И Василенко виноват разве что в том, что привлек Набойченко в 2014 году к работе, несмотря на негативные сигналы, характеризующие и его стиль поведения, и склонность брать чужое.
Роман Викторович Василенко – санкт-петербургский бизнес-консультант, создатель сети независимых предпринимателей, занимавшихся продвижением финансовых продуктов под эгидой основанной им компании «Лайф-из-Гуд», а также основатель Международной бизнес-академии IBA.
Сеть под эгидой «Лайф-из-Гуд» занималась, в частности, продвижением таких финансовых продуктов, как счета для получения пассивного дохода Vista иностранной инвестиционной компании «Гермес», зарегистрированной в Белизе, и приобретение квартир в рассрочку с помощью кооператива «Бест Вей», при которой возможно было как внести первоначальный паевый взнос, так и накапливать его на счете в кооперативе без процентов. При этом сами по себе эти юридические лица между собой не связаны.
Василенко не был ни топ-менеджером, ни собственником «Гермеса» – он сотрудничал с компанией по продвижению ее продуктов в России. А вот Набойченко был сотрудником «Гермеса» – он управлял платежной системой этой компании в России: занял эту должность, скорее всего, по рекомендации Василенко, но Василенко в части управления платежной системой «Гермесу» не подчинялся.
В отличие от «Гермеса» по отношению к кооперативу Василенко является основателем и был председателем его правления до весны 2021 года (позднее около года был главой наблюдательного органа – совета кооператива). С весны 2022 года – рядовой пайщик кооператива: не входит в состав его руководящих органов.
Василенко работал не только в России, но и в Казахстане, Киргизии, Белоруссии, Украине, на Кипре, в Австрии, Венгрии. Во многих этих странах созданы кооперативные проекты по приобретению жилья.
Кроме того, Василенко известен как меценат, вложивший миллионы рублей в поддержку федеральных бизнес-инициатив (форум «Синергия»), культурных инициатив (фестиваль «Добровидение»), также принимает участие в иной благотворительной деятельности (в частности, поддержка детских медицинских учреждений).
Что за дело
Уголовное дело, связываемое следствием с петербургский маркетинговой компанией «Лайф-из-Гуд», иностранной инвестиционной компанией «Гермес» и зарегистрированным в Санкт-Петербурге, работающим по всей России потребительским кооперативом «Бест Вей», было заведено осенью 2021 года ГСУ ГУ МВД России по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области и в феврале текущего года передано в суд – оно рассматривается Приморским районным судом Санкт-Петербурга.
На скамье подсудимых – 10 человек: технические сотрудники «Лайф-из-Гуд», а также Виктор Василенко, 83-летний отец Романа Василенко, пенсионер.
Само по себе уголовное дело, рассматриваемое сейчас в Приморском районном суде, вызывает массу вопросов – которые существовали изначально и еще более усилились по мере рассмотрения дела в суде. Подсудимым вменяются три статьи: создание финансовой пирамиды, мошенничество и организация преступного сообщества.
Общая сумма ущерба – 282 млн рублей, что несопоставимо с арестованными по делу более чем 8 млрд рублей, в том числе 4 млрд на счетах кооператива «Бест Вей». Потерпевшими по делу следствием признан 221 гражданин.
Роман Василенко также обвинялся по рассматриваемому судом уголовному делу, был объявлен в розыск, в том числе через Интерпол, так как с ковидных времен, как он сам сообщал прессе, по семейным причинам постоянно живет за границей. Однако, по данным источников, Интерпол и иностранные государства, в том числе страны ближнего зарубежья, где он так же, как и в России, активно работает, посчитали его преследование необоснованным.
Расследование в отношении него осуществляется (или осуществлялось?) и по еще одному уголовному делу, расследуемому ГСУ питерского главка МВД, касающемуся команды руководителей «Лайф-из-Гуд».
Странные обвинители
Судебное разбирательство в Приморском районном суде идет пока не слишком успешно для следствия и органов государственного обвинения: подавляющее большинство из тех, кто на данный момент выступил в суде, предъявляют в уголовном суде претензии к компании «Гермес» на суммы не только в несколько сотен, но и даже в несколько десятков тысяч, что вызывает удивление – это же не мировой суд, чтобы обсуждать возврат таких сумм! Свидетель обвинения сотрудник IT-службы Роман Роганович сообщил, что не публиковал на сайте «Лайф-из-Гуд» и сайте кооператива никакой незаконной информации и незаконной деятельности не видел.
При этом подавляющее большинство клиентов компании «Гермес», которых более двух сотен тысяч в России, и десятки тысяч пайщиков кооператива «Бест Вей», по словам представителей сообществ в защиту этих организаций, считают именно правоохранительные органы источником своих проблем. Они подчеркивают, что именно привлеченный ими к сотрудничеству петербургский сисадмин «Гермеса» Евгений Набойченко разгромил российскую платежную систему. И если уж кто причастен к хищениям, так это именно Набойченко. Похоже, что понимание этого факта стало приходить и к правоохранительным органам.

This city is developing the world’s tallest timber tower, again

The US city of Milwaukee is already home to the world’s tallest timber tower. But another, even taller, wooden skyscraper could be added to its skyline, designed by Vancouver-based studio Michael Green Architects (MGA).
The firm recently released plans for the development, which includes a 55-story tower made principally from mass timber — thick, compressed, multilayered panels of solid wood. If built, it would usurp the current world title holder, the 25-story Ascent tower by Korb + Associates Architects, as well as becoming the tallest building in the state of Wisconsin.
MGA, which specializes in wooden architecture, hopes that the project will set a “new global benchmark for mass timber construction.”
The project is part of the redevelopment of the Marcus Performing Arts Center, which opened in 1969 and won the Honor Award for Excellence in Architectural Design from the American Institute of Architects in 1970. Led by Neutral, which bills itself as a “regenerative development company,” the redesign will transform what is currently the center’s concrete parking lot into a space with residential units, offices, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and public plazas. According to MGA, construction will cost an estimated $700 million. The plan is currently going through the city’s approval process, during which it is expected to evolve.
Why timber?
While the use of mass timber is steadily increasing worldwide, thanks to changes in building regulations and shifting attitudes towards the material, it has yet to match the sheer height of buildings made of concrete and steel — although a slew of timber high-rises have been proposed in recent years. MGA says its tower design would be approximately 600 feet (182 meters) tall — more than double the 284 feet (87 meter) tall Ascent tower.
“The race for height is important,” said Michael Green, an architect and founder of MGA. “It’s not about showing off, it’s about showing what’s possible to the public.”
He argued that the reason timber skyscrapers haven’t yet become mainstream is because climate change hasn’t been at the center of the conversation. “We didn’t really need to challenge the status quo of steel and concrete,” he said. “But because those materials are so hard on the climate, we had to find a different way to build towers and big buildings in general.”

Just over a century ago, Kayakoy, or Levissi as it was known, was a bustling town of at least 10,000 Greek Orthodox Christians, many of whom were craftspeople who lived peacefully alongside the region’s Muslim Turkish farmers. But in the upheaval surrounding Turkey’s emergence as an independent republic, their simple lives were torn apart.
Tensions with neighboring Greece after the Greco-Turk war ended in 1922 led to both countries ejecting people with ties to the other. For Kayakoy, that meant a forced population exchange with Muslim Turks living in Kavala, in what is now the Greek region of Macedonia and Thrace.
But the newly arrived Muslims were reputedly less than happy with their new home, swiftly moving on and leaving Kayakoy to fall to ruin.

Human brain samples collected at autopsy in early 2024 contained more tiny shards of plastic than samples collected eight years prior, according to a preprint posted online in May. A preprint is a study which has not yet been peer-reviewed and published in a journal.
“The concentrations we saw in the brain tissue of normal individuals, who had an average age of around 45 or 50 years old, were 4,800 micrograms per gram, or 0.5% by weight,” said lead study author Matthew Campen, a regents’ professor of pharmaceutical sciences at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
“Compared to autopsy brain samples from 2016, that’s about 50% higher,” Campen said. “That would mean that our brains today are 99.5% brain and the rest is plastic.”
That increase, however, only shows exposure and does not provide information about brain damage, said Phoebe Stapleton, an associate professor of pharmacology and toxicology at Rutgers University in Piscataway, New Jersey, who was not involved in the preprint.
“It is unclear if, in life, these particles are fluid, entering and leaving the brain, or if they collect in neurological tissues and promote disease,” she said in an email. “Further research is needed to understand how the particles may be interacting with the cells and if this has a toxicological consequence.”
The brain samples contained 7% to 30% more tiny shards of plastic than samples from the cadavers’ kidneys and liver, according to the preprint.
“Studies have found these plastics in the human heart, the great blood vessels, the lungs, the liver, the testes, the gastrointestinal tract and the placenta,” said pediatrician and biology professor Dr. Philip Landrigan, director of the Program for Global Public Health and the Common Good and the Global Observatory on Planetary Health at Boston College.
“It’s important not to scare the hell out of people, because the science in this space is still evolving, and nobody in the year 2024 is going to live without plastic,” said Landrigan, who was not involved with the preprint.

Borneo was once covered in lush, dense rainforests, but they are rapidly disappearing. The Southeast Asian island, roughly three times the size of the UK, has lost half its forest cover since the 1930s, destroying precious habitat for wildlife such as the critically endangered orangutan, as well as valuable carbon stores.
A non-profit called Health in Harmony (HIH) is asking farmers to hand in their chainsaws in return for money, and a chance to set up an alternative livelihood.
Borneo is divided between Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei, and it is estimated that up to 10% of its land is taken up by industrial palm oil and logging operations. But deforestation isn’t just about large-scale tree clearance; some of those behind the logging are small-scale farmers, cutting trees as a sideline to make ends meet.
Buyback and healthcare
HIH launched its chainsaw buyback scheme in 2017, under the group’s Indonesian name, Alam Sehat Lestari (ASRI). Farmers who illegally log and sell the wood to timber companies are given around $200 for their chainsaws, as well as up to $450 in financial support for them to set up an alternative, sustainable livelihood, such as opening a shop, organic farming and even beekeeping.
The scheme also involves addressing the root causes of the problem. According to HIH, many of the farmers who turn to logging do so because they need the money for basics like healthcare.
“They live far from the healthcare clinics, and they see logging as a place where they can get quick cash,” explained Mahardika “Dika” Putra, conservation program manager at HIH. “If they need this amount of money, they cut this amount of trees.
“We asked what solutions they think they need to live in harmony with the forest and they said, ‘high quality, affordable healthcare, and training in organic farming.’”

20 июня, 4 и 11 июля Приморский районный суд города Санкт-Петербурга, рассматривающий по существу уголовное дело № 1-504/24, связываемое с компаниями «Лайф-из-Гуд», «Гермес» и кооперативом «Бест Вей», провел очередные — восьмое, девятое и десятое по счету — заседания, посвященные допросу свидетелей обвинения и лиц, признанных следствием потерпевшими в рамках судебного следствия по делу (обзоры предыдущих заседаний публиковались ранее).
На заседаниях были заслушаны показания граждан — как признанных потерпевшими, так и свидетелей обвинения. Показания приводятся по аудиозаписи, имеющейся в распоряжении редакции, и стенограмме, которую вела сторона защиты.
Справка
Предварительное расследование уголовного дела осуществлялось ГСУ ГУ МВД России по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области. На скамье подсудимых — 10 граждан: Анна Высоцкая (за полгода до ареста уволилась из «Лайф-из-Гуд», до августа 2021 года работала ивент-менеджером «Лайф-из-Гуд», в СИЗО более двух лет), Александра Григорьева (директор одного из «технических» юрлиц «Лайф-из-Гуд», в СИЗО более двух лет), Михаил Измайлов (предприниматель, в СИЗО более двух лет), Елена Соловьева (главный бухгалтер ООО «Эксперт», в СИЗО более двух лет), Альмира Гильберт (неработающая, в СИЗО с 2023 года), Дмитрий Мазанов (предприниматель, в СИЗО с 2023 года), Анатолий Наливан (предприниматель и региональный уполномоченный кооператива, в СИЗО с 2023 года), Денис Шишко (предприниматель, в СИЗО с 2023 года), Дмитрий Выдрин (неработающий, под домашним арестом) и 83-летний отец Романа Василенко, основателя компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» и кооператива «Бест Вей», Виктор Василенко (пенсионер, под запретом определенных действий). Начиная рассмотрение по существу, Приморский районный суд продлил всем подсудимым меры пресечения на полгода, что оспаривается адвокатами в вышестоящих судах.
Всем подсудимым предъявлены обвинения как в мошенничестве (ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ) и создании финансовой пирамиды (ч. 2 ст. 172.2 УК РФ), так и в организации преступного сообщества (ч. 3 ст. 210 УК РФ). Их, а также гражданских ответчиков — прежде всего кооператив «Бест Вей» — защищают почти два десятка адвокатов.
В уголовном деле 221 лицо, признанное следствием потерпевшим, предъявляющее претензии как к компании «Гермес», так и к кооперативу «Бест Вей» (для сравнения: у компании «Гермес» не одна сотня тысяч клиентов в России, у кооператива «Бест Вей» — около 20 тыс. пайщиков). Общая сумма ущерба в уголовном деле — 282 млн рублей, при этом на счетах кооператива арестовано около 4 млрд рублей, примерно столько же арестовано на счетах частных лиц.
«Утверждать, является ли организация финансовой пирамидой, можно только по решению суда»
Свидетель обвинения Николаев — первый замначальника Северо-Западного главка ЦБ. С подсудимыми незнаком. Пояснил, что в его подчинении в числе прочих подразделений находится отдел противодействия недобросовестным практикам на финансовых рынках.
О ПК «Бест Вей» ему известно. «Я подписывал несколько писем в правоохранительные органы, это письмо было в 2019 году, ответа на него не поступило. Потом уже я несколько раз подписывал ответы на запросы правоохранительных органов. Информацию о предоставлении результатов рассмотрения нашей информации о наличии признаков финансовой пирамиды мы запрашивали в правоохранительных органах.
Исходной точкой действий в отношении кооператива, по его словам, стало заключение из Центра компетенции из Краснодара — специалисты центра установили признаки, свидетельствующие о возможных безлицензионных действиях на финансовом рынке. По их просьбе эту информацию мы перенаправили в следственные органы, чтобы они установили: есть ли основания для возбуждения уголовного дела?
«Кто подписал заключение из Краснодара, я не помню. К заключению прилагались ли какие-то документы, не помню. Изначальное письмо в органы — от 2019 года, писал не я и подписывал не я. Я не назову сейчас признаки пирамиды конкретно, но всегда они берутся из методических рекомендаций МВД о выявлении финансовых пирамид. Достаточно одного-двух признаков, чтобы заподозрить пирамиду. Ответ из органов тогда не поступил. Мне кажется, в письме упоминался «Гермес» помимо ПК «Бест Вей». Были ли обращения граждан о нарушениях в кооперативе, мне неизвестно — вроде к нам такие не поступали. К нам пришла информация не о том, что это пирамида, что в деятельности усматриваются признаки пирамиды. Есть ли подтверждение признаков финансовой пирамиды, я не знаю — это не наша компетенция: это не поднадзорные нам организации, у нас нет никаких прав их проверять».
Свидетель сообщил, что инициатор проверки в Краснодаре ему неизвестен, основание проверки тоже неизвестно, как и подробности проверки: «Заключение, наверное, хранится в Краснодаре. Запрашивало ли его следствие, я не знаю».
«Финансовая пирамида, — сообщил он суду, — это понятие теоретическое. Проверка того, является ли организация пирамидой, ЦБ не проводится: нет соответствующих полномочий, запросить документы у самой организации не можем. Проводится анализ по открытым источникам. Реестра финансовых пирамид не существует, есть список организаций с признаками финансовой пирамиды, но что-то утверждать можно только по решению суда. В список организацию вносит центральный аппарат ЦБ». Из признаков финансовой пирамиды смог назвать только повышенную доходность.
Свидетель обвинения Ваганова — начальник отдела противодействия недобросовестным практикам Северо-Западного главка ЦБ. Подсудимых не знает.
«Работаю начальником отдела с октября 2020 года. ПК «Бест Вей» мне известен по должностным обязанностям. Поступил запрос из правоохранительных органов в 2021 году, я готовила ответ. Были сообщения, что в 2019 году было обращение главка в правоохранительные органы — в ответе на запрос мы скопировали то обращение банка. В деятельности ПК есть признаки пирамиды — так было указано в письме 2019 года. Сейчас не помню, какие признаки пирамиды в кооперативе были обнаружены. При этом кооператив не был поднадзорен банку, потому проверку кооператива мы проводить не могли. Я пришла работать в феврале 2019 года, письмо в правоохранительные органы было направлено ранее».
По ее словам, анализ кооператива проводил Центр компетенции в Краснодаре. «Какие документы оценивались, мне неизвестно, я знакомилась только с финальным письмом Центра компетенции Краснодара за 2019 год, другой документации не было. «Гермес» в нем тоже фигурировал: было указано, что в 2019 году с кооперативом работает группа компаний. Запрос 2021 года пришел из ГСУ ГУ МВД России по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области. При ответе только ссылалась на письмо 2019 года, ничего не прикладывала. Документация из Краснодара как долго хранится, я не знаю, но материалы за 2019 год могут быть уже уничтожены».
Набиуллина против развития

ЦБ блокирует экономический рост, связанный с деньгами простых граждан
Многие эксперты убеждены, что развитие финансового сектора, сектора недвижимости немыслимо без кооперативов – некоммерческих организаций, которые создают оптимальные механизмы аккумулирования частных денег. Кооперативы позволяющих накапливать миллиарды рублей и покупать с их помощью жилье в интересах широких слоев граждан, а не только застройщиков и банков, как сейчас.
Единственная крупная попытка создать альтернативу ипотеке – работа кооператива «Бест Вей» – привела фактически к запретительным мерам в отношении кооператива и уголовному делу, рассматриваемому сейчас Приморским районным судом Санкт-Петербурга, к которому следствие – ГСУ ГУ МВД России по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области и Прокуратура Санкт-Петербурга – пытаются привязать кооператив.
По словам председателя совета кооператива «Бест Вей», депутата Государственной думы VII созыва Сергея Крючека, выяснилась возмутительная история: мнение ЦБ о том, что кооператив имеет признаки финансовой пирамиды и его включение в предупредительный список из-за якобы наличия этих признаков, сформировалось на основании заключения некоего Краснодарского центра компетенций Южного главка ЦБ от 2019 года – который проводил некий анализ на основе открытых данных, а также обращений граждан – которые никто не видел, как и результатов самого анализа. И увидеть их скорее всего нельзя, так как документы в архиве от 2019 года, возможно, не сохранились, а сам этот центр компетенций, насколько известно, ликвидирован.
Судя по канве событий, прозвучавшей в ходе судебного следствия, этот центр пересылает письмо в Северо-Западный главк ЦБ – только само письмо, а не все материалы исследования, и Северо-Западный главк на основании письма пишет обращение в правоохранительные органы о необходимости изучить вопрос возбуждения уголовного дела. Это письмо в 2019 году остается без ответа. Но в 2021 году уже ГУ МВД по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленобласти обращается в Северо-Западный главк ЦБ с запросом – и в ответ, по признанию самих сотрудников главка, пересылается калька с письма 2019 года. Никакой новой, дополнительной проверки не проводится.
Парадоксы центробанковского контроля
Почему анализ проводился в Южном главке, хотя кооператив юридически и фактически находится в Санкт-Петербурге и анализировать его деятельность должен Северо-Западный главк? Почему Северо-Западный главк выбрал роль ретранслятора, причем дважды, а не провел собственный анализ – учитывая, что кооператив находится у него под боком? Непонятно.
И самое главное – не могли ли в основе заключения Краснодарского центра компетенций лежать недобросовестная конкуренция со стороны тех или иных организаций или намеренный оговор со стороны граждан, которые благодаря этим пересылкам скрыты от глаз? И если ответ на него положительный, Краснодарский центр, проведя проверку, и Северо-Западный главк, скопипастив краснодарское письмо, и головной офис ЦБ, опираясь на мнение своего питерского главка, которое на самом деле никто и не формулировал самостоятельно, выступили инструментом атаки на кооператив со стороны недобросовестных лиц.
Фактически именно на основании этого мутного документа 2019 года принимается решение включить кооператив в предупредительный список ЦБ РФ осенью 2021 года. А после включения в список Банк России обращается в Генеральную прокуратуру и Роскомнадзор для блокирования официального сайта кооператива с личными кабинетами, очередью и системой платежей – что и происходит. При этом ни одним судом не установлено, что кооператив действительно является финансовой пирамидой – это может решить только суд, что признают в том числе свидетели обвинения, представляющие ЦБ.
«Мы задавали и задаем специалистам Центробанка вопрос: почему они не запросили информацию у нас? – говорит Сергей Крючек. – Нам в ЦБ отвечают: потому что потребительский кооператив… не является для Банка России поднадзорной организацией. Средства не инвестировались. Но, простите, кооператив за период, когда он мог функционировать, то есть с середины 2014 года до февраля 2021-го, приобрел для пайщиков 2,5 тыс. квартир по всей России!»
«Кроме того, в системе включения в предупредительный список ЦБ процедура очернения есть – а процедуры реабилитации нет, – подчеркивают представители кооператива. – Руководитель департамента ЦБ, принимавший решение, Валерий Лях сбежал из России. Депутат Гартунг еще год назад призывал защитить кооперативы – Центробанк обещал, но никаких законодательных предложений по защите кооперативов от него нет!»
Адвокаты кооператива подчеркивают, что не оставят без внимания нанесение ущерба кооперативу и его пайщикам. «У нас появились новые основания для арбитражного разбирательства с ЦБ. Раньше кооператив проиграл в арбитражном суде, оспаривая свое включение в предупредительный список ЦБ: суд посчитал, что Банк России корректно применил свой внутренний нормативный акт о порядке включения в предупредительный список – законность самого этого акта не рассматривалась, к тому же учел, что с кооперативом связывается уголовное дело. Посмотрим, что теперь скажет арбитражный суд, узнав, что процедура оценки кооператива перед включением в предупредительный список была грубо нарушена и в уголовном деле нет никаких доказательств незаконности деятельности кооператива».

Бывший сисадмин российского сегмента платежной системы иностранной инвесткомпании «Гермес» и один из руководителей IT-службы компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» Евгений Набойченко в последний месяц буквально взорвался сообщениями всем знакомым, а также в своих социальных сетях – которые он внезапно вновь завел.
Вал сообщений и публикаций Набойченко – эмоциональная реакция на статьи и видео о нем, в которых с доказательствами в руках рассказывалось, что именно он, многократно пойманный на воровстве пьяница, наркоман и насильник, разрушил работу платежной системы компании «Гермес» в России, украл деньги клиентов и разделил со своими подельниками из правоохранительных органов. Публикации последнего времени его явно задели, а алкогольно-наркотические состояния не дают смолчать.
В сообщениях он не скрывает чувств: утверждает, что всех «поставит раком»; что он может даже убить, если понадобится. И ему за это ничего не будет – потому что за ним стоит некий могущественный человек, покровительствующий ему, с которым у него общие интересы.
Многие из этих сообщений знакомым и постов в социальных сетях Набойченко, проспавшись, стирает – но некоторые его визави сообщения сохраняют и предоставили их редакции.

Набойченко записал видеообращение – видимо, в противовес обращению своей бывшей супруги, где рассказывает о том, что был якобы на дружеской ноге с создателем «Лайф-из-Гуд» Романом Василенко, в ближайшее раскроет все его секреты и расскажет все о компании «Лайф-из-Гуд».
Хотя в действительности он был функционером среднего звена, а не «топом», как пытается представить, в последние годы – только одним из руководителей IT-направления «Лайф-из-Гуд». Когда-то талантливый программист и организатор, он явно деградировал из-за развивающейся алкогольной и наркотической зависимости, а попытки ему помочь не увенчивались успехом.
Что же касается сотрудничества с «Гермесом» – это его личный контракт, хотя и полученный благодаря работе с «Лайф-из-Гуд», компанией – партнером «Гермеса» по продвижению в России, но никак не связанный с Василенко, который никогда не был ни совладельцем, ни руководителем компании «Гермес», зарегистрированной в Белизе и имеющей головной офис в Австрии.
«Мне угрожают!»
Одна из любимых тем сообщений и постов Набойченко – угрозы, которые ему приходят. Он постоянно выкладывает соответствующие сообщения – например такое.

Все эти «будь мужиком» и «уйедь и ляг на дно» выдают скорее небогатый внутренний мир Набойченко, который приписывает вымышленному оппоненту собственные характерные словечки. Никто Набойченко не боится – наоборот, его перекрестный допрос в Приморском районном суде Санкт-Петербурга, где сейчас рассматривается так называемое дело «Лайф-из-Гуд» – «Гермес» – «Бест Вей», крайне желателен для оправдания обвиняемых.
Это сам Набойченко опасается появляться в суде – потому что давно не контролирует свои состояния и голословность его утверждений будет очевидна. Будет очевидно и то, что он сам должен стать обвиняемым – это хорошо понимают и его покровители/подельники, которые сделают все для того, чтобы его допрос не состоялся по причине «угроз безопасности».
Наркоманское философствование
Параллельно с комментированием текущей ситуации Набойченко в своих недавних постах пускается в типичные для «грибных» наркоманов философские рассуждения – например, о «космической силе сознания».
А также в рассуждения о природе женской красоты – которые смотрятся особенно дико на фоне свидетельств того, что он бил свою жену Викторию и любовницу Светлану.
Кто покровитель?
Бывшая супруга Набойченко Виктория предположила, что это экс-начальник УЭБиПК питерского главка МВД. Но начальник сменился – а покровитель остался, по крайней мере по утверждению Набойченко. Этот покровитель – с Литейного?
