.- La Vicealcaldessa de Gandia, Lorena Milvaques, acompanyada de les tècniques responsables de l’Agència municipal AVIVA de Promoció del Valencià i del Departament d’Igualtat i Polítiques Inclusives, Imma Canet i Roser Pérez, respectivament, ha presentat la campanya “Valencià per la igualtat: 10 recomanacions per a usar un llenguatge igualitari”.
Amb caràcter intermunicipal, d’una banda promociona l’ús del valencià, i d’altra subratlla la importància d’usar un llenguatge inclusiu al nostre treball diari. Així, s’ha creat a partir de diferents textos normatius un decàleg de recomanacions especialment dirigides al llenguatge administratiu per al personal de l’administració, però també per a les entitats, associacions, mitjans de comunicació, etc… On, mitjançant exemples, s’hi proposa prioritzar les paraules genèriques o l’ús del guionet per evitar al màxim els mots masculins.
“La llengua no fa un ús sexista de les paraules. Les persones, dones i homes, hem de ser visibles per igual quan escrivim o parlem. El masculí genèric usat per a referir-nos a dones i homes, invisibilitza les dones. Per tant, el fullet de recomanacions per a un ús igualitari del llenguatge ens ajudarà a redactar escrits sense marques sexistes”, ha destacat Milvaques.
La idea és que aquest manual d’usos, que és molt pràctic, figure exposat damunt de les taules de fins a 50 despatxos de treballadors i treballadores. A més a més, es distribuiran cartells en els edificis municipals, amb els consells i recursos que eviten un ús sexista del llenguatge, tant oral com escrit.
28 ajuntaments de tot el territori valencià participen en “Valencià per la Igualtat”, per la qual causa les administracions impulsores de la iniciativa, la Conselleria d’Educació i Cultura i la Diputació de València, han posat moltíssims esforços.
“Cal recordar la importància que té la llengua que utilitzem, perquè és el reflex de la nostra societat i transmet valors. Per tant, si fem un ús inclusiu del llenguatge, podem influir també en el canvi cap a una visió no sexista de la societat, a la qual hem d’aspirar totes i tots”, ha conclòs la vicealcaldessa.
Des de l’Agència AVIVA s’hi han repartit 350 porta-llapis, 80 cartells i 1.000 fullets amb les 10 recomanacions bàsiques per a usar un llenguatge igualitari.
