29. Mayo. 2017.- El Grupo Municipal Popular ha participado durante la mañana de hoy, de la inauguración del Paseo del Espigón Norte.
Un paseo que fue proyectado por el anterior gobierno del Partido Popular y que además contó con una importante inyección de casi dos millones de euros, donde la Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia, ha sido quien pagado y ha ejecutado las obras.
Un paseo que supone un atractivo turístico más, y que aprovecha el recorrido del Espigón Norte, como plataforma ideal desde donde observar el mar y la Playa de Gandia. Una obra, que viene dotada de un valor mayor, si también contamos con la reforma durante la legislatura pasada del Passeig del Port, que permitió abrir e interconectar el Puerto de Gandia con la ciudad y en el que se volcaron entre otros la Fundació Espurna, encargada en aquel entonces de elaborar el “trencadís” a imagen del Passeig de les Germanies, al igual que ahora. Aquella inversión fue sufragada por la Generalitat Valenciana, a través del Plan Confianza, por importe de 1,7 millones de euros.
Víctor Soler, Portavoz del Grupo Municipal Popular: “Este precioso proyecto fue uno de tantos proyectos que desarrolló el PP. Estamos satisfechos, porque al final los ciudadanos podrán disfrutar de un sensacional escaparate y que saben que fue gracias al Partido Popular”.
Soler ha recordado: “Además conseguimos que fuese la Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia quien se hiciese cargo del proyecto. Casi dos millones de euros de inversión en Gandia, que dado de sí, para esta espectacular ventana al mar”.
Por último, los populares lamentan la actitud de Diana Morant, muy crítica con este y otros proyectos populares, mientras que ahora los inaugura haciendo creer que son proyectos diseñados bajo su mandato.
