Gandia 12 d’abril de 2019.- La regidora delegada d’Esports, Lydia Morant, acompanyada pel secretari del Club de Futbol Base Gandia, Ximo Martí; el coordinador de futbol 11 del club, Miguel Marzal; i el president de l’Associació Gastronòmica Fideuà de Gandia, Avelino Alfaro; han presentat la XI edició del Torneig de Pasqua Fideuà de Gandia que se celebrarà els dies 18, 19 i 20 d’abril a les instal•lacions dels camps de futbol de Roís de Corella.
El torneig comptarà enguany amb la participació de 66 equips representant a 23 clubs de diferents ciutats del país, on destaca la participació del València CF i l’ADYC Pinto, a més d’altres escoles rellevants de la comunitat com són la del Dénia, el San José o La Nucia, entre d’altres.
Un campionat que abasta des d’equips querubins fins alevins i que acapararà un total de 160 partits amb l’assistència de 800 jugadors de 4 a 12 anys. S’espera la presència de més de 3.000 espectadors entre familiars i aficionats, segons ha informat l’organització.
Lydia Morant ha agraït al CF Base Gandia seua tasca diària de foment de l’esport base. «Amb el seu treball promocionen l’esport base, fomentant els valors de la companyonia, l’esforç i el treball en equip. Convidem a tota la ciutadania a què s’acoste durant aquests dies a gaudir del futbol», ha afegit Lydia Morant.
Avelino Alfaro va voler destacar durant la seua compareixença que «estem molt contents que el torneig porte el nom de la Fideuà de Gandia perquè permet unir l’esport, la gastronomia i el turisme. Agraïm que ens hagen donat l’oportunitat d’involucrar-nos en el projecte».
