Ya han sido identificados los principales autores de las agresiones protagonizadas por la ultra derecha valenciana en la tarde del pasado 9 de octubre en Valencia, cuando se disponía a iniciar su recorrido la tradicional manifestación autorizada con motivo del Día Nacional.
Las agresiones más brutales, cuyo número de heridos no está cerrado aún, fueron protagonizadas por manadas de neonazis, en su mayoría adscritos a la peña ultra Yomus, del Valencia CF, cuyos miembros han escrito las páginas más negras de la historia del principal equipo de fútbol de la ciudad de València, tanto dentro como fuera del estadio.
Aún resuena en las conciencias de la mayoría de los aficionados del Valencia CF cuando en 1993 el entrenador holandés Guus Hiddink, antifascista declarado, les plantó cara y ordenó retirar del campo una gran pancarta con la esvástica nazi. Hiddink se convirtió así en el primer personaje público del deporte español que no admitía jugar con la presencia de símbolos fascistas en los campos.
Conseguir identificar a los principales agresores, a los que todo el mundo ha puesto cara gracias a las imágenes explicitas difundidas por las redes sociales, medios digitales y cadenas de televisión -no sólo del Estado español, también internacionales-, ha sido gracias a la colaboración ciudadana que ha aportado una ingente cantidad de datos a los servicios jurídicos y a los medios de comunicación para que las víctimas y todos los perjudicados que así lo estimen, puedan ejercer sus derechos, ante la inacción policial en la identificación de los agresores sobre el terreno.
La Delegación del Gobierno de València asegura haber detenido e identificado a tres de los agresores de la tarde del pasado lunes 9 de octubre, aunque no han facilitado su filiación.
Las identificaciones son muy numerosas, pero no todos son actos violentos directos, sino también por su presunta relación con delitos vinculados con los derechos fundamentales, como lo es el de manifestación, de odio, incitación a la violencia y otros. Asuntos estos que concretarán la semana próxima las organizaciones integradas en la Comissió 9 d’Octubre, según confirmó a Público el portavoz de la misma Toni Gisbert, y coordinador de Acció Cultural del País Valencià, una de las entidades convocantes.
Los identificados:
Juan Manuel Bustos Vázquez. 41 años. Vecino de Valencia
Uno de los ultras identificados en la manifestación del 9 de octubre en Valencia
Es sin duda el más conocido por aspecto. Su brutal agresión a una joven pareja en la avenida del Oeste de València obligó, por su despiadada violencia, a cortar la señal en directo del programa “Mas Vale Tarde”, de La Sexta, por estar en pleno “horario infantil”. Apenas se saben cosas de este individuo. Vestía un extraño pantalón varias tallas más grandes y llevaba botas militares. Durante el desarrollo de toda la manifestación no hubo momento en el que no protagonizara algún incidente. Se trata del primer ultra en ser detenido por la Policía y poco más tarde puesto en libertad tras prestar declaración. Su domicilio se encuentra a escasos metros del cuartel de Zapadores, sede la UIP y el CIEs de la capital valenciana.
Vicente Javier Estruch Cortes. “El Alfarrasí”. 42 años. Vecino de Alfarrasí (València)
Uno de los ultras identificados en la manifestación del 9 de octubre en Valencia
El Alfarrasí es el actual líder de “Yomus” y con un historial violento cultivado en gimnasios, vinculado a la ultraderecha valenciana, ex vigilante de seguridad y viejo conocido de los cuerpos policiales.
Es otro elemento protagonista destacado en las agresiones sufridas por los participantes en la manifestación. Al menos se le ubica en no menos cinco agresiones siempre en compañía de otros miembros de Yomus. Una de las armas usadas es un palo con una bandera que utilizó para golpear a varias de sus víctimas que apenas pudieron resistirse a la agresión. Y también usó el palo a modo de lanza con la intención de hacer el mayor daño posible.
Rubén Año Año. 26 años. Vecino de Llombai (València)
Uno de los ultras identificados por la Policía en la manifestación del 9 de octubre en Valencia
Miembro de los Yomus y extraordinariamente violento. Se le sitúa en al menos cuatro agresiones, según los videos y los testimonios de algunas de sus víctimas. Extraordinariamente violento con el fotógrafo del diario El País, al que entre dos primero y un tercero después acorralaron para intentar arrebatarle la cámara de fotos. No lo consiguieron.
También es uno de los agresores de la pareja a la que patean en el suelo, y forma parte a continuación de la jauría que se enfrentó al joven que les plantó cara por su cobarde agresión. Imágenes vistas en todo el mundo. Ese mismo día borró su cuenta de Facebook.
Néstor Franco Castelló. 26 años. Vecino de Daimús (València)
Uno de los ultras identificado en la manifestación del 9 de octubre en Valencia
Es el otro agresor del fotoperiodista de El País y participante en al menos otras tres agresiones recogidas por las cámaras de televisión y prensa. Es el líder de los Gandiblues, los ultras del Gandía CF e íntimo de la cúpula de los Yomus. Tiene antecedentes policiales varios por violencia y agresión. Entre estas la agresión en compañía de otros ultras de su peña a cinco chicos, cuatro de ellos menores de edad que acudían en mayo de 2014 a unas jornadas de formación del valenciano. Ese mismo día había participado con los ultras del GAV en Valencia en una manifestación anticatalanista.
Francisco José Sargues Muñoz. 47 años. Vecino de Albal (València)
Identificado plenamente como agresor de un periodista que grababa en video escenas desde dentro de la manifestación. Tras insultarlo y amenazarlo ante decenas de testigos se abalanzó sobre él golpeándole en la cara y rompiéndole el teléfono móvil. Vinculado al grupo ultra Defen Valencia Sargues es militante de “Avant Albal”, una organización regionalista conservadora de su localidad de residencia. Su partido tiene dos concejales y él ocupaba el tercer lugar en la candidatura.
Victor Manuel Ramos Calvo. 29 años. Vecino de Sagunto (València)
Uno de los ultras identificados por la Policía en la manifestación del 9 de octubre en Valencia
Este es otro activo miembro de Yomus y además muy conocido en Sagunt, València, aunque es vecino de la localidad vecina de Canet de Berenguer. Participa junto a Rubén Año, El Alfarrasí y otros no identificados aún en la agresión a patadas a una pareja en las inmediaciones de la plaza de sant Agustí, antes de comenzar la manifestación. Regenta la Pizzeria Churrería Mare Nostrum, en puerto de Sagunt, lugar de encuentro para ver los partidos del Valencia CF.
