· Una modificació de l’ ordenança que simplifica i clarifica els requisits necessaris per a la tramitació de les llicències urbanístiques de les instal·lacions fotovoltaiques d’autoconsum

El canvi climàtic és un dels principals reptes als quals s’enfronta actualment la societat. Tal com reflecteix el Cinqué Informe del Grup Intergovernamental d’Experts sobre el Canvi Climàtic (IPCC), l’escalfament del sistema climàtic és inequívoc i amb una clara influència humana. Per aquest motiu, la Unió Europea va marcar tres objectius principals: disminuir les emissions de gasos d’efecte hivernacle, augmentar l’ús d’energies renovables i millorar l’eficiència energètica.
Sota aquestes premisses, l’Ajuntament del Real de Gandia ha decidit potenciar les instal·lacions d’aprofitament d’energia fotovoltaica per a l’autoconsum. L’energia solar fotovoltaica és, sens dubte, una de les principals tecnologies que contribuirà significativament al desenvolupament d’aquest nou model energètic.
Aquesta modificació de l’ordenança, aprovada de manera inicial en el plenari celebrat el 21 de juny de 2021, regula les instal·lacions solars fotovoltaiques d’autoconsum connectades a la xarxa per tal de promocionar la seua instal·lació i ús en el municipi.
A través d’aquesta ordenança es simplifica el procés de tramitació per a les instal·lacions solars fotovoltaiques d’autoconsum connectades a la xarxa que s’executen en béns immobles situats al terme municipal del Real de Gandia.
A més, aquesta nova ordenança estableix bonificacions de l’Impost sobre Construccions, Instal·lacions i Obres (ICIO) de fins a un 95% de la quota (fins un màxim de 1.500€), segons uns requisits a complir.
“Aquest nou model incentiva la implantació de les instal·lacions solars fotovoltaiques en l’àmbit local”, destaca l’alcalde Gustavo Mascarell , “i permet un desenvolupament més sostenible i ecològic”.
L’ordenança, ja ha estat publicada en el Butlletí Oficial de la Província de València i entrarà en vigor en els propers dies.
