Gandia, 28 d’octubre de 2022.- Ahir, 27 d’octubre, es va celebrar el Dia del TDAH a Espanya. Per aquesta raó, la façana de l’Ajuntament es va il·luminar del color taronja per a sumar-se a la visibilització del TDAH. El taronja es va acompanyar també del cartell per part de l’Associació Familiars de Xiquets i Adolescents amb Dèficit d’Atenció i Hiperactivitat (Afnadah) que mostra la frase «el TDAH sí existeix».

Així mateix, a les 11h d’aquest matí s’ha llegit el manifest per part de membres de l’Afnadah i dels alumnes de 3r i 4t de primària dels col·legis de Gandia Calderón, Esclaves, Gregori Maians i Abat Sola. Sota el lema d’engany «TDAH per a tota la vida» s’ha reivindicat la necessitat d’aconseguir diagnòstics primerencs i intervencions personalitzades i multidisciplinaris al llarg de tota la vida. A través d’aquestes accions, les persones amb TDAH poden assolir una millora de la qualitat de vida; però açò, tal com han manifestat, ha de comptar amb el suport de l’entorn (familiars, docents, amics, companys…).
